The quality of the service is just unmatched. The products are top tier and the attention to the detail is what made this whole an amazing experience. I have experienced many head spas but nothing comes close. I love the practice where after your hair is brushed and is getting dry under the standing blow drier - you are handed any tool and any product you need to style your hair however you want. Then you walk 2doors down and you can have the best chicken katsu on this side of the world. All that makes me wish I lived in Vegas.

Getting a relaxing scalp and hair massage/treatment is definitely one of my favorite things to do in Las Vegas. I have tried others, but this place is my favorite. Thanks to Kathy and the amazing staff for an enjoyable experience.

We had our very first experience at Soulo Head & Scalp Spa CHINATOWN, and it was absolutely incredible. Sasha, Silvia, and Cassie were all amazing—warm, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. They made the entire treatment so relaxing and enjoyable, guiding us through each step with care and professionalism. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend this place and this wonderful team. We will be back to Vegas for more experiences with them.

After experiencing some truly remarkable head spa experiences in (Korea and Japan) recently, I was excited to find head spa options in Vegas. Unfortunately what is offered here is not even close to what you get out there. First, the floors are filthy and covered in dirt and hair. There’s no reason to not clean up after people leave. That was really off putting. The sink setup was a decent attempt at a relaxing room however the execution of generic bowls with layers of stacked cheap cushions in a tight space was very uncomfortable for spending that much time at the bowl. In the hour I was there I could not relax and spent the majority of time in pain with a sore neck leaving worse than I came. However, the worst part for me was at the end when the technician barely combed out my hair and left me with massive tangles to dry my hair under heat. Especially after a hair treatment, hair should be at least manageable and able to brush through. I left disappointed with a head full of knots and tangles and not even dry. When I voiced my concerns I was told my hair was "very damaged". That’s pretty hard to believe after two terrific experiences just the month before with none of these issues. Definitely not a relaxing or effective treatment offered here. The hair mask I was given in consolation (NOT Milbon) was filled with harsh toxic chemicals. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!

This is the true japanese hair spa experience you’ll encounter. The whole experience was amazing. My hair was done beautifully after the fact and I left relaxed and feeling beautifully! This will forever be the place to get my hair done and relax

Great find! I did the Deep Hair Wash with Scalp Massage and added the hair mask. It was amazing! The shampoo room is kind of dark with soft music. Very relaxing. Sasha did an amazing scalp massage. Once you're done with the wash and scalp treatment, you are given green tea. A very relaxing environment with a friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be back!

I got the Hair Wash + Scalp Treatment + Face Massage 60 mins with Debbie and it was a fantastic luxe experience. Relaxing and nourishing highly recommend. Glad I was able to check out this state of the art spa when I was in town 🥰
