He took the time to explain everything, listened to what I needed, and guided me through the recovery process step by step. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping people feel better. After the session, I noticed a big difference in my mobility and overall soreness. I tried zuma after hitting the gym and I definitely recommend it 100%. In my opinion, recovery is part of the training process as well so I prioritize recovery. Next day my soreness decreased therefore I can perform at my optimal level of training. On my days off I go to relax and recharge for the next training session.
