The Sauna Room

Can't wait to go back! Very relaxing. I didn't know anything about infrared saunas prior but this location has quick tips and info inside which helped me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and safe and already looking forward to my next visit.

This place is great! It’s like a mini little vacation in your busy life. The room/sauna are very clean and it’s super relaxing. The one time I’ve had to reach out to staff they have been amazing. Can’t recommend the sauna room enough. Cheers

The Sauna Room is a breath of fresh air. The sauna provides a good amount of sweat but the attention to detail sets this sauna space apart. It is relaxing, intentional and is a haven to step into. Highly recommend!

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to relax! Easy to book on their website, and the sauna experience is calming and cozy. There are clear instructions for infrared sauna newbies (like me) and self check in is easy. Gorgeous decor with lots of extras, like cold drinks in a mini-fridge, salt lamps, and extra towels. The one time I had trouble with the keypad, customer service was great via text! I'll definitely be back

Don't come to this place if you expect a sauna to sweat. Max temperature is 130° waste of money and membership

My husband and I tried out The Sauna Room and we were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Its calm and feels soothing as soon as you walk in, and the sauna itself was comfortable for two people to be inside at the same time. We would definitely come again!
