Oriental Back Rub

I've been coming to Oriental Back Rub for a long time, and the therapists themselves are absolutely amazing. They're skilled, kind, and truly the reason I've stayed a loyal customer. They deserve every bit of praise. My frustration is with management and the way the membership and punch card system is handled. I pay $100 a year for the membership, which gives you $5 off a 30‑minute session (now $35) or $10 off a 60‑minute session (now $60). That part is great. The issue is the punch card. After 9 punches, you're supposed to earn a free 30‑minute session. But if you try to apply the reward to a 60‑minute session, they only take $25 off, even though the value of the card is $35. How can a punch card be worth $35 for 30 minutes but only worth $25 for 60 minutes? On top of that, you cannot combine two punch cards to redeem a 60‑minute session -- this is not stated anywhere. The only way to get full value is to use the punch card on a 30‑minute session, which feels intentionally limiting. The therapists are wonderful, but management is greedy and disconnected on how to treat loyal customers. The staff refer to the manager as the "Big Guy," and honestly, the policies reflect that attitude. Frequent customers deserve transparency and better treatment. Amazing therapists, disappointing management.

Ask for Jason. Seriously. I’ve gone here for years, and have tried almost all of the practitioners. While everyone is good, he is incredibly skilled and must have been trained differently because he does advanced MFR techniques that the others do not know how to do. I love this place and the team.

Unfortunately they refused service to my son today because he uses a wheelchair. He has received massages elsewhere just fine. I explained that he would lay on the table the same way anyone else would and they just kept shaking their heads saying no. Its his birthday today and I thought it would be a nice treat to relax his muscles. He is 26 years old. I will be filing a complaint. Edit: Why were you unable to communicate with him? He uses a speech device he was perfectly capable of communicating. Nobody even tried to speak to him.

Today was my boyfriend's first massage, ever. What a great experience for both of us. No creepy dark rooms, and no questionable services. We both did 45 minutes, 30 body and 15 feet, and it was amazing. Leo asked me if the pressure was OK and I liked that. We both almost fell a sleep. We will return, hopefully making this a monthly thing. 1000% recommend this place.

!CAUTION INJURY!!! I've been going here for about 2 years off and on. They are cheaper so that is a plus. However they are not trained very well and it is noticeable from when I go to an actual massage therapist. Today I went in for a 90min massage. The worker giving the massage name is Jack. He clearly did not know what he was doing, he was jabbing down on me with a lot of pressure and I told him multiple times to be more gentle. He started working on my hand about an hour into the massage and he jerked my hand down hard and hyper extended my elbow, causing pain. I stopped the massage and all they offered was half price off of the massage. I will never go back here.

They did a fantastic job, I showed up feeling tight and my back felt stressed.I left feeling liberated and a lot less stressed. Highly recommended.Look forward to my next visit.Then i'm gonna

I have had many massages and quite a few from places like this, I have to say today Ryan gave me one of the best massages i have ever had! He knew exactly where to put some pressure. I am very impressed!
