If I could give zero stars I would! Regretting not reading more reviews before purchasing a Groupon! I purchased a Groupon to use on Sunday for a couples massage for 1 pm today Sunday 2/15. When I arrived first off was not greeted. Once they finally acknowledged me I explained I’m here for my 1pm appointment and I have a Groupon. The woman than asked if I had called her to make the appointment because that’s the only way to book. I told her yes I actually did call 4 times with no answer before going online to see if I could book and was able to. She thanked me proceeds to turn me away saying they don’t allow the use of the Groupons on weekends on weekdays because they are so busy. BUT if I wanted to pay full price cash or swipe my card than they would service me. Once I tried to redeem my Groupon back Groupon states in the customer service section the merchant is currently under investigation for this exact issue. I told her she’s being investigated for this and kindly told her and her business to screw off and am in the process of getting a refund. Save your money and go some place else!!!

We booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was not relaxing, and the overall service felt extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment online ahead of time, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find it. The woman at the front desk had no schedule and seemed completely unprepared for us, which immediately made the check-in process feel disorganized and stressful. About halfway through the session, my husband’s massage was stopped for around 15 minutes. When he asked what was going on, he was told they were "busy today." Because of that interruption, he didn’t receive the full amount of time we paid for, which was frustrating and unfair. The front desk experience also left a bad impression. When we walked in and gave our name to check in, the woman at the desk abruptly interrupted us to stop another couple who were leaving. She loudly asked them why they didn’t want to tip and then continued to pressure them to leave one. It was uncomfortable to witness and felt very inappropriate, especially in front of other customers. At the end of our visit, I simply asked my massage therapist if she could write down the name of the oil she used because I liked it. As that was happening, the woman at the front desk stepped in between us, raised her voice, and said "No, phone number," trying to control the situation and tell me what to do as if I worked for her. I respectfully responded that she could not tell me what to do. After that interaction, we chose to leave. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. No business should be run this way. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was not the Valentine’s Day experience we paid for or expected. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would.

My husband and I booked a last minute couples massage. We used a Groupon that for a 1 hour massage, plus 30 minute facial and head massage. Unfortunately we don't remember their names but they did an amazing job. We had the full hour and 30 minutes, they didn't shorten our time. The room was peaceful and the music was calming. They asked if we had problem areas and they made sure to focus on those. They asked about pressure through out and helped stretching out certain areas of my shoulders. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing afternoon.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with this massage place, and the way they handle booking, payments, and tipping felt unprofessional. They discouraged us from booking online through their own website and instead told us to call or text them directly. They also insisted on cash payment rather than using their official online payment system, which felt unusual and concerning. What made the situation worse was the pressure around tipping. While we were there, the front desk loudly confronted us about tipping and made it feel mandatory rather than optional. This was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Tipping should always be based on the client’s choice, not something they are pressured or questioned about in front of others. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or customer-focused. Businesses should respect clients’ preferred booking methods, provide transparent payment options, and never pressure customers into tipping. I would not feel comfortable returning.

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Two couples went in with two valid Groupons for couples massages, clearly booked and confirmed. As soon as we arrived, the staff had a nasty attitude and then tried to charge us an extra $40 simply because the two couples were friends. That makes absolutely no sense and was never mentioned anywhere in the Groupon or during booking. When we questioned it, instead of explaining professionally, they became rude, dismissive, and argumentative. No attempt was made to resolve the issue or provide decent customer service. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we left without receiving any massages at all. This place is misleading, unprofessional, and clearly tries to nickel-and-dime customers once they walk through the door. Save your money, save your time, and go somewhere that actually values customers and honors their deals.

Be sure to print your Groupon if you’re using one before you get to the location, mine (massage)would not open and they said I had not paid for it so I ended up paying cash (she didn’t give me a receipt), and of course getting charged twice now trying to get a refund from either or both Groupon and Zen with the ladies not understanding English only Chinese and still waiting on a refund! I had given a nice tip, but now wish I hadn’t because I now feel cheated!
