Relache Spa

I had such an amazing experience at Relâche Spa on February 18 at 1:00 PM. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt calm, welcoming, and positive. Kathy was incredible — she gave me a full tour, took photos for me, and had such great conversation. She made me feel comfortable right away and really set the tone for my visit. I’m so upset I can’t remember my massage therapist’s name (she had blonde hair and glasses), but she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, and truly made my experience special. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday gift at the end, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. That meant so much to me. Great staff, beautiful environment, and amazing energy all around. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I will definitely be back!

Kathy gave us an amazing tour of the spa. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the benefits of their fantastic steam room and sauna. I’ve had a chance to stay at a lot of different hotels and spas but this one takes the cake

I have no idea how this spa has anything but five star reviews. from the moment I walked into the the spa to the moment I left it was such an amazing experience. The facility is beautiful, the amenities are amazing. There is a wet sauna, a dry sauna, unbelievable rain showers, and so many sitting areas to just relax and have a cup of tea. They also had little things like flavored waters In many different flavors which I loved and trail mix. The staff is top notch! So kind and so willing to help you have the best experience you can. I was lucky enough to be one of the only people at the spa at the time that I went 9am. I was able to relax and have such an amazing hr of relaxing prior to my massage.One really cool perk about the spa is you have access to it all day. Meaning if you make a morning appointment you can go back later for the amenities up until closing. This was a very cool perk even though I didn’t have the opportunity to use it. My husband and I live in Fort Myers and after Ian hit, we without power and running water so we decided to make a trip to Orlando. When I was asked what brought me to spa, I let them know of this and as I was relaxing prior to my massage ,I was given a gift bag. It had sleep pillow spray, body oil and so many samples of face products. They wanted me to have some nice things when I returned home❤️This meant the world to me! It was such a kind gesture and meant more to me then I think they even realized. As for the massage it was one of the best I have ever had. She was amazing! If you are staying at this resort OR just need a spa visit don’t sleep on Relache Spa. I will definitely return if I stay again.

The spa area is beautiful, but I was very disappointed with my manicure. Almost immediately, the lady who did my nails started talking about how much different things cost her in her personal life. She even talked about the multiple motorcycle accidents her daughter was in and how one of her relatives died in a motorcycle accident. I thought that the conversation was very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable . I went here to relax and get my nails done, but there was no relaxation to be had. To top it off, 4 days after my manicure, my nails are already chipping. I haven't done anything that would have caused this. Again, I am very disappointed! Update - I did decide to reach out to Relache Spa to inform them of the situation. They got back to me right away with an apology and notified me that they addressed the matter with their staff so that it doesn't happen again.

Nice spa. Large dry sauna and nice clean steam room (men's). Light and massage pulse showers. Friendly therapists. The robes are very comfortable and satin. I live locally and will definitely return.

Amazing luxurious experience. If you want a day to pamper yourself. Do a massage and a facial. You will not regret it! I can't remember the last time I felt this relax. Every single employee I have met here is incredibly kind and here to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Very clean and somewhere I will be sad to leave. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

We loved the Spa. The Spa is on the lower level near the swamp area (see pics). The services we had were wonderful. It used to be a Canyon Ranch Spa. Everyone was very friendly. FYI: ask about the FL Resident discount. No one told us until we showed our IDs at check in.
