Win. Spa Massage

After a long flight from Portland (and a longer drive from Austin), I arrived in Killeen with a sore back and pain in my legs and feet. I did a quick search on Google and found that Win Spa was closest to me. I noticed the one poor review, but I am a big guy and like the option for a deep tissue massage. After such a long travel day, this is exactly what I needed. I called to see if they had availability and the woman told me that they weren't busy, so I headed over and walked in. The foyer is clean and pleasant with seating and a public bathroom. The prices are prominently listed and I found the cost for a 1 hour, deep tissue massage to be very reasonable. The lady greeted me at the interior door and I paid her in advance - the same as if I were to go to Massage Envy or one of the other chain massage places. The massage room itself was very clean and relaxing with soft light and gentle "spa" music. The lady asked me about any problem or focus areas and asked me what kind of pressure I wanted. After indicating I needed strong pressure on my back and shoulders, the lady went to work. In spite of the firm and vigorous massage, I dozed off twice during the session. Overall, I thought the experience was on par with some of the more expensive chain massage places for a fraction of the price. I plan to go back to Win Spa before I head back home.

I visited Win Spa a few days before Christmas, apologies for the late review. I had hurt my back earlier that day and decided to stop by Win Spa for a back massage and hot cloth treatment, so glad I did. Mimi worked hard to get the kinks and pain out of my back. She did a fantastic job. The next day I was pain free. Mimi was really friendly and gave a great massage. Thank you!

My friend and I had a girls' day and decided to try this place out. I had to go to the bathroom while she went ahead. As I came back through the door, the girl immediately told me, "You pay now!" I like paying afterwords so I can leave a tip based on how good it was. She sent me to a room where I waited for 10-15 min. I usually like deep tissue, but this was a different kind of pain I've never experienced. She knocked my breath out several times where I couldn't even catch my next breath, I dont think she had any training because she massaged my rib cage in the most painful way! She seemed very stressed out and kept leaving when someone walked in. I asked her to go lighter, but she reverted back to knocking my breath out. Her hands were slapping my back with the amount of force she she used to put her hands down. After the massage, she gave me the paperwork to fill out, asking where the pain was.. I have way worse pain than I came in with! As we were trying to leave, she caught us by the door asking, "Where's tip?! House gets money you pay. I get nothing. Where's tip?!" My friend ended up tipping her, but you don't block people by the door demanding a tip. I'll never come back here again. I can't press my back on anything from the pain and bruises. Very poor lack of skill. Please send your workers to training 🙏

Just passing through the area. After long hours of driving I thought it was a good idea to get a massage and relax a bit. I definitely picked the right place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and atmosphere was very relaxing. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be stopping here again.

Had a wonderful encounter! My lower back was in serious pain and they gently unraveled my strained back. Highly recommend.

Went there yesterday got a very good massage from the guy ( sorry I don’t know his name) . I am planning to go back again. Price also is reasonable.
