This place has gone down hill! They dont treat you with care. Especially the women that work there. The women are mean and unfriendly!!! The men are better. Honestly I would skip this place and drive to Killeen. They have better therapist. I stop going to the Temple Mall. They need to shut this location down! Or get all new people!

Highly recommended!! We went here after being turned down from another business and I’m happy we found it. Took us right away, really professional, very relaxing, and well priced. My mother in law, sister in law and I all had a great experience.

BE ADVISED!!! Room not soundproof. Mall noise and loud music can be heard over walls, b/c it doesn’t go to the ceiling. Too much pressure applied. Risky, quick fix. Services are not customized to the customer. The therapist expected not to communicate with me to ensure I was pleased with the delivery of services. When seeking true self care. Unless, you want a self inflicted wound. I had to constantly tell the male therapist that he was applying too much pressure. I asked if he was trying to release tight muscle knots. He did not understand anything other than me shaking my head and thumbs up or thumbs down. I should have known it wasn’t going to go well. When I asked for a 1 hour massage, he had a deer in a head light look. I thought it was b/c it was already 8:10PM and they close at 9PM. Then when I was checking out, the cashier watched me enter a zero for the tip. He assumed b/c I wasn’t charging the tip, that I wasn’t giving a tip and had a frowning face. Crazy! I was giving a cash tip. It made me consider not tipping at all. I will not be made to do what you want. I have choices. I chose not to go to this place ever again. BE ADVISED!!!

Went to the mall today and my husband pointed out to me this 10 minute massage place and he went and asked the man if he only can get the massage since I am pregnant. He started on him for maybe 1 minute and calls out to some lady to cover for him and massage him and he comes over to me forcing me to get a massage when i told him NO 3 times I felt bad for the place and just got one anyway even pointing out that I was pregnant. He started to massage me and he’s going super rough on me and making me feel uncomfortable as he starts rubbing my thighs not in a good way either but a weird way. After that he starts on my back and goes lower to my bottom and rubs there too and as he’s rubbing the top of my back he’s resting his hand on my bottom and at this point i’m just frozen not knowing what to do. When we were done we went to pay and my husband put a reasonable tip cause we always tip and he insisted on us putting more money than what we already originally put. Just overall experience was not good for me and don’t know why he made the lady go massage my husband and him come and massage me when he originally was massaging my husband. If I could I would put no stars

First and last time coming here. I came here to have a relaxing experience and instead I came out a little uneasy and uncomfortable. The couple here were arguing constantly in their language. It was to the point that she began to be physical and started hitting the man. She almost threw a chair at him while I was in the bed between them! Honestly, find somewhere else. They even forced us to leave a tip, they even asked for a specific amount even though they have a sign saying they can’t ask for a tip. Not professional and definitely not a relaxing experience. Never coming here again.
