The best salon and spa in KC hands down!! Maoggie is an artist and I trust my nails to her completely! Getting the Soft Gel X was the best investment I ever made! They’ve lasted four months with only fills, no splits, no breakage, no chips and no peeling!! So much better than the dip and regular gel manicures I’d been getting for years! Highly recommended!!

Just want to let everyone know that Justin at the Glam Room in KC is absolutely amazing! He actually spent about 30 minutes before doing anything just understanding what I wanted and showing me different ideas to see what I liked. His assistants, Andrea and Vanessa were wonderful too! I feel like a new woman. I appreciate all the attention to detail, and how he also discussed the cost of what we were going to do and options before we started. I had such an amazing experience and I love, love my hair! Ya’ll need to go see Justin!!!

Glam Room KC provides top tier service every single time. Kenzie did my hair for the first time today and absolutely nailed the color I was looking for! It can be nerve-wracking going with a new stylist/salon but I have never had a bad experience at this Glam Room location. HIGHLY recommend Kenzie for anyone after today’s amazing service ❤️

I love coming here to get my hair done! From the moment you step in it’s really a luxurious experience. Such a gorgeous building and a nice location, and love the private parking garage so you don’t have to stress about parking downtown. Best part is my stylist Kaitlyn Shuey, she is a true professional and takes care of every detail from beginning to end. She truly cares about your final product and she cares about your wants and needs as a client, never making you feel rushed or bothersome, and always there to have a great convo and make you laugh. I’ve spent years trying to find the perfect blonde and someone that will really work with me to find the perfect combo for my hair needs. Kaitlyn is that girl! Cannot reccommend her enough for a great color, cut, and style. Go see Kaitlyn!! Also.. the picture speaks for itself!! Dreamy dimension!!!

The staff and customers are always friendly and helpful. I went with my 3 year old and he had a great time. The staff are knowledgeable and professional, and if they have even the slightest doubt in how best to serve you, there’s a camaraderie and they work together. Every experience has been 10/10, and I’ve been going for years now. Also their new location is beautiful! Pictures provided by my son.

Ok so not quite sure how to share my experience because 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. They took my appt last minute mind you while another salon text me they canceled mine evening before with no notice. A TEXT!! Tracy is AMAZING. I’ve been many salons from KC to lees summit to Overland Park. Hands down best experience from the beautiful salon . To the greeting at the front counter to the tour to the barista perfecting my coffee exactly how I needed it. This doesn’t even start with my actual hair. Tracy is the most kindest soul!! Love her to pieces she asked me the exact questions that need to be asked the swatches . The consultation she was so spot on with everything her shampoo was great even got a hand massage . She treated my scalp and hair very very well.. her recommendations afterwards and not to mention the actual cut and color is perfection !! This is definitely my go to salon and Tracy is my go to lady!! For sure 10/10

I went and had a complete hair re-do (cut and hair color). I was unhappy with my looks and needed a fresh start. I am no longer young and my hair was starting to turn grey. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what color would look good but I had ideas and so I scheduled my appointment with Christian Boss (who is absolutely amazing!!). When I arrived, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The place is absolutely beautiful and they just made me feel so pampered. After talking to Christian, she said she knew exactly what I should do with my hair and after thinking about it I decided I didn't have anything to lose so I went with it. I am so glad I did because she completely changed how I saw myself. She made me shine and by doing that, helped me be more confident in myself. I cannot recommend her or the Glam Room KC enough. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Christian and thank you Glam Room.
