Sojourn Spa

I decided to book a last-minute sports recovery massage at 10:30am on the day of checkout, and Andrea was incredibly accommodating in making it happen for 11am. My therapist, Michelle, was wonderful—she made sure to focus on my target areas and maximized every minute of our session. Afterward, I spent some time in the Social and Solitude Room, which was the perfect spot to relax and reset before heading out. If you’re staying in the Plaza area, I highly recommend this spa for both the experience and the service.

Always a nice luxurious hotel spa experience. A nice quiet relaxation room before and after. The shop is nice as well. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. IMHO my favorite spa in KC

We had an absolutely amazing experience. Great massages with options for add ons that were amazing. The spa has appointments for the infrared sauna - a great way to get benefits of a sauna without the unbearable heat of a steam sauna. We felt like we got the royal treatment for my husband's birthday. Great shower rooms to head off to the Plaza for dinner after.

We had the most wonderful experience! The staff genuinely seemed invested in making our experience exactly what we wanted. Our massage therapists talked with us beforehand to learn what areas to focus/not focus and that was appreciated. The spa was very clean and had a healthy/wellness spa vibe that was refreshing. We feel much healthier and more relaxed leaving. We plan to make this our spot for dates!

Devin was amazing. I had the facial of a lifetime and I will definitely be back from the music to the sense to the playlist to the conversation. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. If you’re a parent in need of some relaxation, give yourself a facial service with Devin.

I was in the area for a funeral and staying at the Cascade Hotel located in the same building. I was looking over their services and saw the meditative vagus nerve massage. After a stressful week with family I schedule my massage with Michelle. I also added the oil scalp treatment. The massage was amazing. I came out of it relaxed and reset. Michelle got so much stress out of my neck and shoulders. The calm room after the massage was also a great space to relax and stay at peace. When I return for more family functions I will definitely be adding a stop to this spa for this specific massage again.

My daughter surprised me for my birthday at this spa and it exceeded all of my expectations! I have had spa treatments at some of the most "famous" spas. The staff/caregivers/treatments were the best I have ever had. I loved the tidy locker areas that have multiple private changing spaces. The infrared spa with music was a perfect start to our treatments. We enjoyed the tea and snacks in the salon! Don’t forget to experience the secret room off the salon with semi private loungers. I received the most intentional/purposeful/authentic/nurturing facial from Mikayla. It was the custom facial and was truly the most luxurious facial I have ever experienced. This is a gem in KC. Next time I am going to stay at the hotel and reschedule with Mikayla and linger longer in the exceptional amenities!
