The staff and experience was amazing! I did Float Therapy for the first time and the staff was incredibly helpful, went through the process, made sure I was comfortable. If you have PTSD or any nervous system problems, I highly recommend; definitely had to keep myself present and not let my mind race but it was such a cool experience and I will be booking this regularly following with a massage. Amanda was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She made sure to ask questions and educate me on the techniques she was doing. 10/10 recommend her for your massages! Great atmosphere, calming energy. Loved it!

A gentleman named Al greeted me and gave me the absolute best service I have ever received from any business ever! I HIGHLY recommend this place and his amazing customer service to absolutely everyone! I would give more stars if I could!

I recently discovered this place and I will definitely return. My massage from Amanda was fantastic and the float pool was top notch relaxation. I left feeling totally recharged and fresh. Plus, the staff I have encountered have been very friendly.

My husband and I did the Valentines special with a 60 minute float and 90 minute massage. It was FABULOUS! The float tank is awesome. The massages were phenomenal! I’ve been to many massage therapist and the two girls who did our massages were VERY good! It was the best massage I’ve had! We will definitely be back! I have done float therapy before, but never had the experience I had at Heal U’s float therapy session. From walking in the door and being greeted by Amber and Rebecca’s gracious smiles to the orienting to what to expect in the well-appointed waiting room to the actual float room. I was a little concerned that I would be in a small space in the dark for 60 minutes and that was not what I encountered. The float room was spacious, I had everything I needed and was assured by Amber if I needed to step out, there was an adjacent private room to retreat to if I felt uncomfortable. With all that I was able to fully relax for a very A type of person who had to deliver an event that same evening. The float therapy fully allowed me to get present naturally and receive the benefits of this work. Now I cannot wait to go back. And to end the session with a hot cup of tea before I left…. Amazing! Thank you Heal U and Amber and your team for bringing this elevated, potent therapy to the Tri-Cities area.

I have floated in their float tanks AND I am working with a nutrionist there currently. The nutrionist is wonderful and understands my needs and likes/dislikes, and has been able to help me adjust my food & supplement intake in a way that has led to weight loss! I am so thankful for her (Morgan) and how she was able to tailor everything to my body and schedule. Now, with the float tank experience, I will tell you it is BLISS. My first time there, I admit I laid still in the water for a good ten minutes or so before I finally gave myself permission to really enjoy the feeling. The water temperature is body temperature, so it truly feels as if you are floating in the air, and not in water. I chose to keep the lights (star lights) on the ceiling, and so I decided to pretend I was floating in space, which made me giggle to myself. In that, I was able to have a moment of just pure joy with myself. It was incredible to be able to leave the world on the outside of that tank's door, and to be in a quiet, safe, joyous space. When my session was over, I was so relaxed and revived. I highly (to the peak!) recomment Heal U for YOUR wellness... mental and physical! Heal U is an amazing and wonderful space, with an excellent staff.

When I went in for a float I never expected to relax so much that I fell asleep in the middle of the day! The saltwater float is the most relaxing experience I can imagine. We got a package and also enjoyed a massage, sauna, and red-light therapy. From the beginning until the end of each experience, I felt pampered and relaxed.
