Rebecca has a warm and inviting spirit. Her space is beautiful and very calming. If you’re looking for holistic type care, I highly recommend. I cannot wait to try all of the modalities that she offers.

First time at Total Zen + Wellness today, it is AMAZING!! Rebecca is so very knowledgeable of each therapy stationed offered & she is so professional!! Today my daughter enjoyed a 30min session in the Dry Float Bed. She felt so relaxed & refreshed afterwards, she is already talking about going back & adding a session in the salt sauna. I also got my daughter-in-law a gift card, I know she will love whatever she chooses! I will be going soon, myself for either a foot bath detox or a cryotherapy session……maybe both😊 Do yourself or a special friend a favor & enjoy some me time! Trust me…..& thank me later!!

Rebecca is wonderful & caring and offers amazing services at her business! I had shoulder injury and decided to try cryotherapy to try to avoid surgery. The pain reduction and strength improvement has been amazing from such a simple, painless service. The foot detox is also helpful and relaxing. I am very sensitive to environmental toxins and foot detox is a great help. Can’t wait to try all of the services she offers! The float bed looks amazing and is next on my list. Check this business out! You won’t regret it!

I had an incredible experience at Total Zen Wellness! Rebecca and Amy were both amazing and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The foot detox was fantastic—my feet felt like they just had a facial! The float bed was so relaxing and an experience I won't soon forget. But the true highlight was the cryotherapy treatments—absolutely amazing! I left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

My first session was today and I feel so relaxed!! The halotherapy was amazing and the dry float bed was the most relaxed I have been in years. Cryotherapy was also amazing!! And Rebecca is such a wonderful person! I highly recommend!!

Came for the Grand Opening on March 17th Rebecca and staff were super friendly and showed me all areas of the spa.OMG this dry float bed is AMAZING!!! I only laid for 20 as I knew she had others wanting to try but I will be back for a longer session. You guys go check her out.

My son had a sprain and we took him to Total Zen & Wellness for cryotherapy. It helped SO much! Rebecca was amazing and he was back playing football after a couple treatments!
