Houston's Sauna & Spa

Great experience and very reasonable price! The equipment is brand new and the infrared sauna does a great job warming up the full body. The place is cozy and clean. Friends and family can sit in one sauna unit and enjoy movies and conversations. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed. Great ambience. Lady was very nice & greeted me promptly. Small room but very clean and comes with water and towels. Loved it, will definitely come back again!

It was great! Brand new equipments! I watched Netflix the whole time. After the session, I felt all loosen up and all the stiffness before was gone! Will come back!

I’ve never heard of infrared sauna, but it sounded like something can help relief my muscles pain. And it is really work and make me feel great after my first session! My sleep also get improved so much. Space was clean. I’m ready to come back again.

100000/10. BEST Hydration facial! I drive out of my way to come here. Rebecca is so nice and amazing. She creates a relaxing atmosphere. You will leave relaxed and glowing! Highly recommend. You can't beat the prices either. Love love love this spa!!

I love this place! I have used the infrared sauna rooms many times and have always loved my time in them. I have also had a mini facial done by Rebecca and it was wonderful. It’s a small facility and very appointment based. I am grateful to have this place in the area. After reading other reviews I feel I should add that I prepaid for services and was always responded to in a timely manner when trying to redeem my services. Rebecca has always been friendly and responsive. I even trusted her to do a mini facial on me and I continue to go because compared to other mini facial I’ve had, Rebecca was hands above her.
