Mind & Muscle Wellness

I been seeing Dareal on and off for nearly 2 years. Every time I leave his office, my flexibility is significantly increased muscle aches are gone and the tension, especially in my lower back caused from spinal stenosis is greatly alleviated. I highly recommend him & his practice Mind & Muscle Wellness to anyone who is in need of massages He is truly exceptional.

A friend of mine got me a gift card to go here for mothers day . He was completely booked today july 1st was 1st open day , that i might add was ok with my work schedule as well . Theres a very good reason hes booked so far ahead . Ive been to alot of massage therapist. This guy was absolutely phenomenal! He's heavy handed but it's the absolute perfect pressure! I recommend him 1000%!

Best massage I’ve ever received! Dareal seemed knowledgeable and caring, always checking on how I was doing. This is the first massage therapist who worked extensively on areas that had the most tension and knots and noticed them without me needing to point them out. I’ll certainly be a new loyal client!

My husband and I have been getting massages for years, and we know it’s not easy finding a top quality one. That is why we were so happy to find Dareal when we moved to GSO. His Google reviews don’t lie; he is extremely professional, gifted at his calling, and a really good person all around. It’s not easy getting on his calendar, but he is worth the wait.

My experience here was exceptional. First, it was very professional. My massage was on a Saturday, so I think we were the only ones there. However, I felt extremely safely. I have a hard time finding someone who uses enough pressure, but Darreal had it just right. He found all of my tension. I have been shopping around for a massage therapist for a while, but I can stop shopping now. I'm already planning my next visit. I highly recommend Mind & Muscle Wellness.

It was my 1st massage ever, Dareal made me feel so at ease and helped relieved tension in my back and neck that was causing migraines. He was very soothing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. His professionalism was top tier and the room was very clean and zen. I already can't wait for my next appointment with him.

Best massage therapist in the Triad for a reason! Very professional, Black owned, reasonably priced and a miracle worker when it comes to getting the stress out of my shoulders and back! Da Real Deal!!!!
