Augment Wellness - Tri-Cities

I love the staff and the prices are good as well. However the music really throws me off. They should do nature sounds/ therapeutic sauna type music!! Otherwise they are great but definitely have had better experiences at other saunas

We went there for a late valentine’s day date and it was awesome! We felt brand new when we walked out! Just what we needed to relax and recover from a crazy schedule with work, a toddler and a baby! Definitely coming back! Staff (i think his name is Luke) is great, its always awesome to meet someone who speaks german!

Went here with my mom as a mother daughter day. This has been a great addition to changing our lifestyle. We always feel like new people walking out of there. 🫶🏼

Augment Wellness in Tri-Cities is amazing. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and has everything you need for recovery and wellness like the cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and more. Lisa, the owner, is so kind, gracious, and truly passionate about what Augment offers. She shared so many success stories, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping everyone. If you’re looking to recover, recharge, or just take better care of yourself, this is the place. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning my next visit.

Writing this from my car as I just left Augment and wow! What a great experience if you’re into self care and anything health related. I started with the compression chair and immediately felt relaxed, the infrared sauna next was so great, then I tried the cold plunge and hot sauna for several intervals. All of the amenities were so nice to enjoy and the facility was very clean and easy to navigate. Lisa does a great job and keeping everything sanitary. I liked the dim lighting making for a chill atmosphere. I left feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed. I will 100% be returning and recommend checking them out.

Place is awesome, great variety of saunas and cold plunge temps. They also offer compression , red light therapy, and hyperbaric chamber. Staff is wonderful and easy going. Highly recommend.
