Green Valley Ranch Spa by Well & Being

My massage therapist Jennifer was great on my deep tissue. I will be back to see her for sure. My man is special and can't remember hos gals name but said she was great. Its the little things I pay attention too... the whirlpool that is generel area is dirty, if you look under the loungers it's bugs and dust. The windows at floor level are covered in mop juice. The staff are kind and friendly. Prices are same same as the local casinos. As locals we will try a few different places before we come back, but if all else fails I know I can count in Jennifer.

I not only love the resort but the spa as well. I booked an 80-minute massage for my honey, and I put myself a 50-minute Hydro facial. My aesthetician Nikki was amazing. She had beautiful energy. She welcomed me with a huge smile immediately made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my facial so much! She is very informative. I will most definitely be returning. This is a must visit even if you don’t come to the resort, if you’re in the area, I recommend coming to the spa. And as you know great facilities, they book up very quickly, so keep that in mind as well.

I was so excited for my couples trip to the spa was disappointed at the end. The spa jacuzzi was very cloudy. Steam room was broken on the men's side. We paid for 2 50 min massages got 2 30 minutes instead they picked us up late and stopped multiple times during service doing who knows what. Ended up with a scratch and bruise showed the front desk they brushed it off. I like the little snack area was nice the showers were nice and clean but I dont think I'd spend any more more going to this spa was not a great experience for me or my husband.

I went for a "Spa party" over the weekend and it was such a wonderful experience! The entire facility is immaculate and the staff is so friendly! The fitness center has the latest innovations in their machines and has more than enough options for a great workout. The bathrooms/locker rooms were well stocked and sparkling clean. Not one negative thing to say about GVR Spa.

Recently ventured to The Spa at Green Valley Ranch for a couples massage booked by my partner. We first showed up to use the fitness center before our massage and though very clean, the equipment was lacking. I understand this isn’t a "full gym" but still expected more options. Next we went to our rooms to change and shower before the massage. The facilities are very well maintained and offered a wide variety of amenities to take advantage of, very happy. My partner did say that the ladies spa was broken and that was a minor let down for her. We were then brought upstairs for our massage by our masseurs who were very nice. The massage was deep tissue and lovely but there was a noticeable a/c blower noise I could hear the whole time. Not to say they didn’t have relaxing music and the massage itself wasn’t great, it was just a little distracting at times. We finished off with time in the co-ed spa which was a nice way to end our day at the spa. Overall great experience and massage, only downsides were limited gym equipment, broken spa in women’s facility for my partner and distracting a/c noise. Long story short I would come back if staying at the resort or going for a "treat yo self" kind of day.

$215 for 50 min deep tissue, ok whatever. Nice facilities if you spend the day. BUT…SURPRISE FEE! $34 service charge on top. For what??? An electric massage table 🤷‍♂️? Won’t find out because I’ll be elsewhere

I had an amazing experience at the Green Valley Ranch Spa by Well & Being. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and incredibly relaxing. I visited on a Sunday, and the spa was pleasantly quiet, which added to the overall tranquility of my visit. The facilities were impeccably maintained, creating a serene environment that made it easy to unwind. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my time there. I opted for the 80-minute Well & Being Signature Massage, and my therapist, Maly, was fantastic! She had the perfect technique, applying just the right amount of pressure to melt away my tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend the Green Valley Ranch Spa for anyone looking to indulge in a little self-care. I can’t wait to return for another blissful experience!
