I really enjoyed my time spent doing my trail session. I purchased a membership.. The staff at the Green Valley location was awesome. Upon registration I was able to share my medical challenges which was duly noted. I received only positive vibes. I highly recommend.

Love this new, beautiful studio! Staff is super kind and knowledgeable about all the sauna treatments. Couldn’t get over the state of the art wood saunas at a super reasonable price! I loved the red light therapy along with the surround sound audio. You’re treated with a flat screen tv to watch your choice of show while relaxing

Perspire sauna studio is a great addition to my wellness routine. As an independent personal trainer, I must make time for recovery and practice what I preach. Perspire outshines competitors (corporate spas & gyms) because the competition simply cannot uphold the same level of cleanliness that Perspire does. All saunas are sanitized between every person’s use. Some saunas have private showers attached, which is great if you’re goin out after your appointment. Fresh towels are supplied, including a cool aromatherapy towel for after your appointment to close your pores. The front desk is quite friendly, and helpful. The heat, infrared, and red light settings are always set up to my preferences as soon as I waltz into my appointment. TV is there if you want to zone out, or can be placed on a spa setting to meditate. I find each has their place, though ideally I take this time to reconnect with my body and "check in" with my joints to see how they’re holding up to my current training. Having this time to focus on my body allows me to design better programs to accommodate my body’s actual needs. There is power in taking time to heal, so muscles can grow! I recommend this to my clients, athletes, and anyone looking to actively engage in their self-care. Just sure to hydrate! 😉

If you’re a fan of the spas on the strip but more privacy, this is perfect.

Easy to schedule and a convenient location. The facility is clean and calming. The set up in each sauna room is planned out thoughtfully. It’s a relaxing way to get your sweat on!

Today marks my 5th session! So far I love it and see myself going often. If they do another limited time offer I’ll purchase again. I just enjoyed the limited time deal that was a certain number for a super cheap affordable price. I go back to college in 2 weeks so enjoying them before then. But when I live out here after I graduate or even in December through January back from winter break if they do another deal like this month’s I’ll be here again! Enjoyed my time I have a few more sessions left. This is a message to the owner to keep doing those limited time deals!
