Carlee was AMAZING! Very professional and really kind and informative. I’m a broad dude, and I like firm pressure, and she was on point! Very strong hands, as I felt some much better after my massage! I’ll definitely be back! She was awesome!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Richard at Massage Station! I walked in feeling stiff and in pain, and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. But WOW – his hands are absolutely magic! Richard worked out every knot and tension point with such skill and expertise. By the end of the session, I felt like a completely new person. The relief was incredible! This was my first visit, and I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment next month. Richard is truly awesome at what he does, and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know. If you're looking for a talented massage therapist who really knows their craft, Richard is your guy!
I’ve been seeing Richard for over a year following an Ironman and several half marathons. Incorporating his massages into my recovery routine has consistently accelerated my recovery and helped prevent injuries. I highly recommend his services.
I recently had my second appointment at Massage Station, and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of care I received. Richard is an exceptionally skilled massage therapist who really knows what he's doing. As a caregiver for my elderly grandmother, I frequently need to physically assist her with mobility, which has caused significant strain on my shoulders and lower back. I also deal with persistent swelling in my right ankle from an old childhood injury. After my session with Richard, I felt considerably better—the tension relief was noticeable and lasting. I'm grateful to have found someone this skilled, and I'd definitely recommend booking an appointment if you're dealing with chronic pain or muscle tension. It's been well worth it for me.
Truly, Mr, Bryan was phenomenal! He was able to give me at home tips to help with muscle soreness. He was super informative. And my headache immediately broke after my massage! Thank you so much!
I booked and prepaid a massage as a birthday gift for my best friend. After her session, she was told she needed to pay, even though the service was already covered. Since it was a gift, she didn’t bring her purse and was not allowed to leave, forcing her mother to come and pay again. This ruined what was meant to be a stress-free, joyful experience. The studio’s system should clearly reflect prepaid services to prevent this from happening. At the very least, payment should be discussed before the service is provided. As for Richard at the front desk, I don’t understand why his personal health information keeps being brought up. I find it unprofessional and unnecessary. I never blamed him, but even if I had, sharing his private health details was not the appropriate way to handle the situation. That said, I do hope you get better, Richard.
Edit to add: The following day after my massage, the clinic reached out to me and offered the services free of charge as remedy. I accepted. I was nervous as I felt as though I was "cheating the system" in some way, but the Carlee was amazing and super friendly. I was only expecting to have to services that were left out previously to be performed today, but Carlee redid the entire 90 minute massage, plus foot scrub and hand and foot reflexology. The massage and services were beyond what was expected and the desired level of relief and relaxation was acquired today. Thank you Massage Station. OP: This was my first experience at The Massage Station. Booked a $156 90 minute massage plus foot scrub and invigorating foot and hand reflexology. My masseuse was Reychell. The massage I did get was amazing. However, when the massage and foot scrub were both over, only 85 minutes had passed total. Appointment was at 12pm, I was dressed and out of the room by 1:25. My hands were not massaged a single time throughout the 85 mins, which is disappointing considering I paid a significant amount of money extra to have the specific service of foot and hand reflexology. The masseuse didn’t offer any explanation for the cut time nor the missing services, and still charged the full $156, and was still given a generous tip in addition since I am also in the service industry. So not only did I not receive a full 90 minute full body massage that was paid for, I never received the hand and foot reflexology at all and was still charged the extra for the service never performed 🙁
