Hearth Sauna

Where to start? The benefits of going to a steam sauna are incredible. The feeling of relaxation, clarity, and improved health are enough to keeping me coming back. But then you add in the fun and supportive community that exists there and it’s just an incredible time that I look forward to every week. The staff is knowledgeable and fun and friendly and honestly the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Sauna is life and the members there are my family.

10/10 - Best experience in GR!! Great place for locals and visitors from out of town. Not only does this Sauna have amazing health benefits both physically and mentally, it has amazing views and the most incredible staff willing to go out of there way to make your experience relaxing and rememberable. The local sauna community is fantastic and the ice bath makes it all worth the visit! glad we finally have a wood fired sauna in this amazing city! Thank you!

It is really great experience. Nothing else really compares to a traditional Finish wood stove sauna.
