I had an amazing facial experience at KM Ruby Beauty! Hoa was absolutely fantastic — she took her time with deep cleaning and extraction, making sure every step was thorough and comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and glowing afterward. Hands down some of the best facials I’ve ever had have been here with Co Hoa/ Ms. Hoa Dinh! I usually get the acne facial or whatever she may recommend for me that day after she assesses my skin condition. Her extractions are incredibly thorough but gentle, and my skin looks noticeably clearer right away. The shoulder and neck massage of the Collagen Facial are amazing and take the whole experience to the next level. Super relaxing, not rushed, and very skillfully done. Highly recommend you come see her!

All the estheticians get very well trained and are great performance. I was amazed by Lona, she did a very good job and made my skin light and glow right after I finished a treatment. I travel a lot for work so I have gotten skin treatments/facials all across the nation and, with that, I can proudly say that Ruby’s services are the best I had! Due to work stress and, sometimes, lacking a stable skincare routine my skin was definitely paying the price and breaking out. My pores were really clogged, but Ruby took her time with the extraction. Leaving my skin feeling light, clean and giving me advice as to following steps. For the value, price, expertise and service I can honestly say that if lived in LA I would 100% go back.
