Bergamos Spa Retreat

My sister and I did a spa day for her birthday in July 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our pampering. It’s a serene spa with attentive staff and a luxurious feel. The steam room, sauna, and whirlpool add to the day’s lineup of procedures so we always take advantage of those. We ate lunch at the restaurant in our robes which was nice since lunch was between procedures. Overall, a great experience.

This place is incredible! I have been twice now and both times I received excellent service. They make it very easy to book an appointment and each person I have encountered is so sweet and makes you feel like you are the only person in the spa. I have had two massages and both times they tailored it perfectly for me. I also always get a drink and a bite to eat in the bistro that makes me feel like I am on vacation. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon or day trip!

What happened to Bergamos? Just had the most frustrating "spa" day. First I show up with plenty of time to settle in for my massage and sand immersion table experience only to be standing in a line while the only girl working the front desk chats on the phone about what services they offer while 3 people wait to be checked in. Finally, someone from the back comes to check me in and takes me to the locker room and gives me a locker and robe then leaves. Once in the changing room, I realize the robe is a size small. I am not a size small. However, I have to make it work or I will miss my massage because of the extremely long wait at the beginning. I pop out trying to ask for a new robe but there is nobody to be found anywhere. I go upstairs and have my massage and finally get my robe changed to an appropriate size and wait for my sand immersion experience only to then be told the table is broken, but that she would see what else could be done in exchange for that experience. I mentioned that if I had known the table was broken I would have done a longer massage and she says that maybe she could squeeze in a 30 minute massage and would be back. 30 minutes later a different "manager" comes back and says she’s sorry but does absolutely nothing but talk in circles about how she’s sorry about the table and says she will add a salt cave experience on to my day complimentary but that there is someone using the cave now so I can’t use it today but next time. I tell her that I don’t live here and am just visiting to use a gift card, so she says she will see what she can do. She comes back again 35 minutes later to say she’s so sorry there’s nothing she can do. As I walk by the salt cave to leave I see all the chairs in salt cave are empty and she lied about it being in use. They completely wasted 2 and a half hours of my day waiting for them to either fix this sand table or do something to make up for it being broken and they did nothing. However, while waiting in their "relaxation" room I got to see how dirty this place was. There were stains on the floors and walls from old food or drinks that they chose to not properly clean up. It makes me wonder how clean the massage rooms, showers, and hot tub are. I need another massage to relieve the tension caused by the horrible customer service given by Bergamos and their management team that is completely useless.

Ive been coming here for years but the best kept secret has to be their 313 bistro. The food is always delicious, service in the spa and restaurant are top notch. It smells how a spa should smell the minute you open the doors

If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it. Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons. I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation. They have a spa that you can use after the massage but it was not working. The large shower has a rain shower head and a good quality shampoo and conditioner I would have given a five star but not having the spa was a bit disappointing, I look forward to it after a good stressful week. Other than that it was fantastic! If you want a good female misuse ask four Glo.

We went for our anniversary, while the men’s amenities were out of order they made up for it in the Salt room.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ethan was great and really worked on all of the knots I had! I would 10 out of 10 recommend him for your next massage!
