Customer Reviews
Warm Springs Spa has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 113 reviews on Google
Warm Spring Spa gives a solid massage at a really fair price. The therapists do a good job, pressure was consistent, and I left feeling relaxed and loose. For the value, it’s hard to beat. A couple of things to know going in. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the space overall feels a bit dated. The banner above the front door isn’t quite as nice as it used to be in the older photos, so a refresh there would go a long way. There’s also no sink or towel setup inside the treatment rooms, so the therapist does need to step out to grab hot towels and supplies. That breaks the flow a little, but it’s manageable. On the positive side, the price is great. About $70 for an hour, and even with a $20 tip you’re still under $100 for a good massage in the Bay Area, which is rare. Music was relaxing, and everyone I interacted with was polite. If you’re looking for luxury décor, this probably isn’t it. But if you care more about getting a good massage at a great price and don’t mind simpler surroundings, this is a very solid spot, which is why it’s an easy four out of five from me.
I feel like I have holes in my body! I'm really confused as to what type of massage this was. I was poked at by her elbow for a whole long hour. I'm in more pain now than I was when I went in. Occasionally I got a forearm rub down of oil. The pressure was all over the map, the WWC elbow shots was about the only deep tissue I got. I asked her to use her hands for knots, and when she did, I felt sorry for what my husband has to go through when I do a really crappy job massaging his shoulders. I'm a massive tipper, many times over 100 percent to someone who puts their heart into their job but omg I thought they would jump me with muscles they were hiding during the massage. I literally was shoved into giving a tip. Oh and then they tried to charge me 4 bucks for a transaction fee. I've tried this place twice now, don't go here unless you want your body to be hole punched. Oh the biggest thing, the owner/manager told me I have knee pain because I'm overweight. Unbelievable The good thing is the place is clean and I realize that I can perhaps become a masseuse as clearly I don't need any talent.
I was here on a Sunday evening for a combination massage (Swedish +deep tissue). I called to book appointment in advance. The place was tidy and the service was on point. My masseuse Amanda did a great job. She was professional and knew exactly where to concentrate on to relieve my pain without even me having to mention. She made sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. I would definitely come back.
They are very nice and do a great job, the only thing is the tipping options could be more clear cost wise..not only percentage I do understand it’s not the easiest job but I feel tips should be given from the heart as an optional choice vs expecting it as if it’s mandatory
The massage itself was very good, though they never asked me which kind of massage I want. I said one hour and that was it. Swedish, deep tissue? I don't know but it was good and probably was deep tissue. But it left me with sore spots for next two days Also, I clearly told two people (the receptionist and the masseuse) that I had gone for a very long walk/hike and that my legs were hurting. Requested them to mainly focus on legs. However, I think she spent maybe 8-9 min in lower extremities, where 6-7 was massaging on thighs and remaining. 1-2 min on legs and almost barely touching the foot! In future if my back is bothering, I'll go otherwise I won't bother going again
The massage lady kept on taking calls for other appointments and playing some YouTube shows on phone while doing massage. In between she kept ranting about how she is tired and can’t use much pressure when asked to give medium pressure. Secondly they demand tip as a mandatory of 20% per hour even if you are not pleased with the massage or else make faces and blabber something in their language. Useless and waste of money. Don’t even go here. Very rude lady.
If you are looking for a place to relax your body and mind, I highly recommend Warm Spring Spa. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere immediately makes you feel warm and tranquil. The interior is elegant, the air is fresh, and the soothing music creates a perfect environment for relaxation. The massage techniques are top-notch. The therapists are professional and experienced, paying close attention to detail and adjusting based on each customer’s needs. I especially enjoyed their deep tissue massage, which effectively released tight muscles and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. In addition, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, always making you feel at home. Whether it's the booking process or the warm reception upon arrival, every step of the experience is smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Warm Spring Spa offers not only high-quality massage services but also a place where you can completely unwind. If you need a space to take a break, I highly recommend coming here for a healing experience!
