Very disappointing experience. The facility was poorly maintained and cold - not relaxing at all. The massage room was also so cold that I had to ask for a heater to be turn on. The massage left me bruises on my body. To top it off, the front desk staff, I guess was the owner, harassed me to leave a larger tip, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. I do not recommend this place. There are much better options available.

First of all, the owner is very rude, keeps changing times. All the masseurs come 5 mins late and finish 5-7 mins early. They demand minimum 15$ tips . The ladies don't understand english but keep talking in mandarin and joke about others. The place is not maintained with proper temperature. All the masseurs are utter waste ,wouldn't recommend this place.

I came in not expecting much given the reviews, but left pleasently surprised and most importantly relaxed and feeling like new. I think Tina did a great job. It's not the flashiest massage but certainly a very effective one.

Worst massage experience ever! The owner is rude and arrogant. The staff is very careless. My husband and I went for a 30 minute foot massage and they did only for 15 mins. For rest of the time, they were wasting time here and there by talking loudly and moving around. Please don't waste your money and time !!!

I came in for a full body 60 min massage and left feeling so relaxed and brand new! I travel a lot and have been to a few places for massages and this has to be one of my favorites

It seems like I got the weekend experience. Paid for an hour massage and got a soft hand massage, and she ended it 15 minutes early. She left my change on the stool, so I left it for her. While walking out, she demanded another tip even though i told her i left it. I'm never going back here again. Not a good place to go if you're a laborer and need a deep, real massage for those knotted muscles.

This is the second time I've experienced poor management at your business. I called in advance to book an appointment and informed your staff that I was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, I was told the next available appointment was 45 minutes later. This lack of organization is unacceptable. How can my confirmed appointment be given away? As a frequent customer and someone who has signed up for a package, I expected better service and reliability. I will finish my current package but will not be renewing or recommending your business. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your appointment system to respect your customers’ time and commitment.
