UNIT 8 (Infrared Sauna Studio)

Wife wanted to try out the infrared sauna so we booked an intro session. Michelle, greeted us and gave us the run down of how everything works etc. Got up to 155. We plan on going back.

I absolutely love this place! I've only been twice, but I will be coming back. I feel so at peace when I'm in the sauna and all the stress just melts away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation.

Michelle is an exceptional person. She provides the best atmosphere and the best experience for this type of physical therapy and healing. Unit 8 is truly one of a kind!

Michele has been super friendly, helpful and professional. She’s helped me adjust to using the sauna cabins and the massage bed is amazing also. It seriously helped my husband’s neck in just one visit. I appreciate her genuine care for our health and all the resources she has shared. Highly recommend!

Michelle is wonderful and she is so accommodating to your schedule and visits. She makes sure that you are taken care of at every appointment and treated like it’s your own personal spa day.
