NAD Wellness Spa

I love the NAD Wellness Spa. I always walk into a very relaxing and peaceful environment with a warm greeting. The cryo chamber is my favorite. I feel great afterwards. I stop by whenever I can or am passing through. The owner is very kind and helpful. She did an excellent job setting up such a beautiful place. It’s a wonderful and clean spa to go to.

NAD is the most serene, peaceful, modern spa around. I have used all three services and every time I feel the weight of the world lifted from my entire body. I sleep better than ever and my anxiety is at ease. Pricing and cleanliness are on point. Highly recommend!!!

Don't hesitate to try everything offered at NAD Wellness Spa - infrared, sauna, and cryo! Each offered a fun and exciting experience (all were my first time) with great benefits for days after. The space is inviting and calming, the staff is very friendly and helpful. (Check Mindbody for intro packages!)

I was skeptical, but let me tell you I left there feeling like a million bucks! My aches and pains were gone and I slept like a baby, I’m hooked. I did the Infrared Bed, Sauna, then the Cryo Machine all in one visit and it was great! I’ve also done those items individually and felt refreshed. Everything is clean, the space is relaxing and inviting and the staff are very nice and helpful. You much try it!

I have now done the red light therapy, cryochamber and infrared sauna at NAD Wellness and feel so incredibly relaxed now! We have an ice bath at home, but the cryochamber was so much more comfortable and effective too. The red light therapy is my favorite and so meditative. The sauna was my last stop and was a great place to unwind and release myself from stress. I highly recommend the services here!

Just brought my Mom here as part of a Mother’s Day gift for two individual infrared sauna sessions. Two gentlemen were allowed to use individual Sauna Room 5 in between our individual sauna rooms (4 and 6) and talked loudly the whole time about all sorts of stressful topicals. Front desk did not intervene and did acknowledge that the guests were disturbing the peace but they didn’t feel comfortable asking them to mind their volume while I checked out. I exited my sauna 3 times during the session because of the loud volume and asked them to quiet down- did no good. I was charged at the end despite it being the opposite of relaxing. Please implement a quiet policy -it’s not fair to other guests. Despite the facility being clean and having a cute aesthetic I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is beautiful and so relaxing. This was my first time coming here, I was referred by a family member. I did the cryotherapy session. This was a fun experience. I felt refreshed and awake right after. The owner is lovely and the location is great! I highly recommend.
