Had a great experience here! I reached out for a relatively last minute appointment for a friend and I and Ron fit us in and we’re so glad! We each got incredibly relaxing 90 minute massages and we each got to choose the sauna or tub while we waited for the other and had our own private oasis. Despite having another appointment right after us, Ron took his time with each of us and we never felt rushed. He was kind, thorough, and very skilled! We’ll absolutely be back!

Very nice and high quality service, massage from a very high qualified therapist,excellent private sauna! And many ,many useful things there for boosting your helth. Very,very clean and regular desinfected place. If your health is a priority for you life,than this place is for you! Especially prices of the service are very attractive!

I was looking for a sauna and massage. After checking out the Uspa reviews . I decided to make an appointment with Ron. Wow. I went for the body scub and 2hr massage. Ron is incredible in massage techniques. Aswell as being very knowledgeable in body health. Very professional and excellent service.. Thank you Ron

Having recently returned from traveling in Finland, my husband and I were eager to find a similar sauna experience closer to home. After a LOT of research, we found US Spa and, based on its high reviews, made a reservation for a private sauna and cold tub. This was truly AMAZING. The facilities are clean, cosy, and attractive, and the sauna/cold tub, which we alternated between during our 1-hour reservation, were deeply restorative. Ron is also very kind, and pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend US Spa, and very much look forward to our next visit!

Great massage - neck is already feeling better. Finnish scrub is very rough but a fun experience in a sauna. If you've had a Korean body scrub it's similar in nudity level and roughness 😁 Maybe not a place to be shy or expect extra frills but they're not necessary if the massage is great. The place is clean and the owner is very nice. It's on top of Bourbons. Can't wait to go back!

U Spa Fitness is a great place for an awesome massage! Ron is professional and offers a great environment to wind down and relax. I usually add on the Finnish scrub done in the sauna then a 90 minute massage. Always walk out feeling incredible.

Don't let the location of this place influence you- this is a GREAT little personal spa, with one of the best therapists I've ever had. As a travel editor, I've been to hundreds of spas and therapists in the past few years, and Ron is among the best. He knows exactly where to focus and the perfect amount of pressure; he's incredibly strong, but his massage is never overbearing. Basically, he clearly knows what he's doing. The space itself is immaculate and the luxury of being able to take a private sauna before a massage is awesome. The space is better than what I've seen in 5-star hotels, which is even more impressive given the location, outside of Boston. I haven't had personal training appointments, but a friend has and he was just as happy with the space, the trainer (also Ron) and the program. I highly recommend this place and have already booked a series of massages, so I'll definitely be back.
