I had a great experience at Modern Wellness! The space is clean and inviting, and their recovery options are top-notch. The staff is not only professional but also very friendly and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to prioritize recovery and overall wellness.

I don’t live in the area anymore, but I grew up nearby and was visiting my sister in Framingham when we decided to spend a morning at Modern Wellness. We did a three-hour session, and it was genuinely lovely. I left feeling calm, restored, and very well taken care of. On a broader, more philosophical note (not a critique of this establishment specifically), I do find it a little sad that in a society so shaped by capitalism, wellness often has to be "outsourced" to paid spaces rather than being something more embedded in everyday life, work culture, or social systems. That said, within that reality, Modern Wellness does a beautiful job of creating a restorative environment. A few small suggestions for improvement: • The biocharger area might benefit from being a bit more sequestered or private. At the moment it’s quite close to the lobby, and a quieter, more enclosed space could enhance the experience. • The women’s locker room felt a bit crowded when more than a few people were inside. If possible, creating a small area for someone wanting a bit more space or privacy would be a welcome addition. • In the salt room, it could be nice to have small bowls or buckets of salt available, rather than only salt on the floor, for those who might want to rub it on their skin. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience. We went in the morning, it wasn’t overly crowded, everything felt well thought out, and the staff were warm and kind. I would absolutely return on future visits to the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating morning.

10/10 experience! Had such a nice day here! The facility is beautiful, clean, and modern. They have really new wellness technology I haven’t seen before ( even at Vegas spas) like the bio charger and compression meditation. The booking was a breeze too! The staff was really sweet and helpful orienting us to which rooms/options to do depending on the benefits you were looking for. Will definitely be coming back!

Modern Wellness is a beautiful and peaceful space. The front desk was lovely and everything runs smoothly. The wellness therapies are varied and each one was fun, challenging, or relaxing. The price is WAY more reasonable than anywhere else I’ve been, making me feel like self care is actually accessible to me! It is so clear to me that the founders took such care, and attended so carefully to the details so that the client experience would be beautiful! Thank you Modern Wellness!!

The week before our wedding we came to Modern Wellness for the afternoon for a little spa day and it was well worth it! We bought a duo pass and got to enjoy all the space had to offer. We especially loved the salt and eucalyptus steam room. Can't wait to go back!
