South East Spas Fort Myers

I had a fantastic experience with South east spa while shopping for a swim spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, guiding me through the various options to find the perfect model for my needs. The showroom was well-organized, allowing me to see and experience different swim spa models firsthand. I appreciated the detailed explanations and the lack of pressure to make a quick decision. The customer service was top-notch, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns.

Forget the Pool... Our Swimspa from SouthEast Spa is the best investment in our home we have ever made... It is everything and then some... Easy to maintain, Super efficient on electric use, easy to install... Todd is great to work with and we can't wait to buy another one...

This company and the staff are fantastic. If you like excellent customer service, then this is the place for you. Mike Garvey and Ron are great. They know everything about their products and then some. They have absolutely no problem answering questions (and we had plenty). We had a delay of 3 months getting our patio installed due to the weather, etc. Master Spas held the delivery of our Clarity 8 hot tub for us with no problem. Mike G. just gave us a curtesy call to check in on how things are going. What a good man! If I had to buy another hot tub, I would go here in a NY minute.

When I purchased a swim spa, I was told.by the salesman than no permit was required by the City of Cape Coral. I called Cape Coral permitting and was told that was not correct. A swim spa is treated as an above ground swimming pool and therefore requires a permit. Based on this, I cancelled my order within the 3 day window and requested a refund of my deposit. It is almost 3 weeks later and the refund has not been credited back to my credit card. I am not getting any response from Southeast Spas. I am told they will check and call back. Or when I leave a message, I do not get a return phone call. Buyer beware. Due your due diligence before purchasing from this dealer.

Todd & Aaron are the best. Nicest hot tubs in town and great customer service.

Thought I was getting a great deal obviously not. I thought I was impressed with them but not so much know that I'm out $5,000

Had a wonderful experience working with Ron Forney and South East Spas out of the Fort Myers Office. Ron spent the time educating my wife and myself on the type and features of their unites to make sure we selected the one that was correct for our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the models and I never felt pressured during the sales process. Delivery and installation was hassle free. They arrived on time and installed the unit without any issues. Ron also followed up after the install to make sure I was happy and had the necessary information for service, supplies and the usage of the exercise toys.
