MassageLuXe

Julia is patient and knows how to explain everything, in a nice flow. The whole experience was a 10/10 I was wondering if she was a robot the whole experience was just to a T. The facial was the best facial I have received and I have paid for $700 facials and didn’t even feel the slightest bit of luxury and care and focus on my face like Julia did! I am so happy with these results. I drove to this location, because it was a gift (from Bonita Springs) though Bonita also has a massage luxe my gift card was only for the fort Myers location and I was so happy to do the drive! The experience was great but I think I will have to make this a new place for spa days, the customer service is 10/10 and the facial / massage is 10/10. Again thank you so much! 😊

I have been coming to this location for four years. During that time, the facility is always clean and the staff is welcoming. I have discovered some exceptional estheticians and massage therapists. Elena is always attentive, experienced and professional during my facial time. I highly recommend her for facials and Linda for an excellent massage! And, take time to use the HydrpMassage machine before or after. It is an excellent topper to the visit!

Samantha was very professional and made it an excellent experience from start to finish. She checked in about pressure and focus areas, and the session was tailored to my tight shoulders and lower back. Clean, relaxing environment and I left feeling looser and pain-free. Highly recommend Samantha and massage luxe

I am a new to the area chiropractor and retired pro rugby player. Connecting with Therapist Dennis has been amazing. He is on of the best I’ve ever recieved a massage from. I will be referring patients to him ad nauseam. He is truly talented and possesses a unique eye to read and manipulate the body’s tension lines. Couldn’t be happier with my treatments. Try Dennis. His trigger point work is my favorite.

I had a great massage today with Sunny. She applied the perfect amount of pressure for my Swedish massage and was very kind, professional, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. The space itself was beautiful and very relaxing. If you’re booking a massage, I highly recommend Sunny or Samantha. The only small downside was timing. I arrived about 7 minutes late and had to complete forms on a tablet, so I wasn’t taken back until about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, that cut into my massage time, and it also ended about 10 minutes early. It wasn’t ideal, but it is what it is.

I came in without an appointment and a gift card. I was told to fill out some paperwork in the gorgeous relaxing waiting room. Waited a few minutes and was told to come back. Julia was very professional and very nice. I loved her and would recommend to any customer wanting to come to MassageLuXe to get the most relaxing and soothing facial you could receive.

The massage was great. Yenma did a wonderful job, and was very sweet. The environment was nice, calm and relaxing. It was also very clean. The only thing I wasn't happy with is that I didn't get a full 60 minutes massage. My appointment was for 11am -12pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, but was called back roughly 5 minutes after 11 and the message was over at 11:50, so instead of 60 minutes, it was only a 45 minute massage.
