Today I stopped into Salt & Sage Wellness Center & I decided to try the foot bath 🤩 OMG y’all have to try it & learn what it’s all about. It will teach you what’s coming out of your body! I will 110% be back! & My husband tried the salt room, he LOVED it! He said it cleaned him out & he can breathe better - Thank you Kelly & Courtney ❤️

I visited Salt and Sage Wellness Center in Fort Myers today and had an amazing experience. I tried both the red light therapy and the sauna, and everything was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, making it easy to fully unwind. The red light therapy session felt rejuvenating, and the sauna was the perfect way to decompress and reset. You can tell they truly care about creating a space focused on healing, wellness, and overall well-being. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax, recover, and invest in your health, I highly recommend Salt and Sage Wellness Center. I’ll definitely be back!

Just went to Salt and Sage yesterday for the Salt room, both the staff, Kelly and Courtnie were so nice and informative, they took time to show us around and explain the process. Everything was clean and nice. They offer many different services so we will definitely be back soon !
