Renova Massage

I purchased a Groupon and then had a terrible time trying to book a massage after finally booking the massage i arrived 5 minutes early and the doors were locked. After waiting around outside the door for a while, the young lady from the bakery next door came out to tell me that Rosane had to told her to tell me that she was in the hospital with her daughter and that her work cell was not working so she couldn't contact me. I have read reviews where similar excuses were used. I will be contacting Groupon to file a complaint

I drove 45 minutes to go to my appointment, nobody was in the place. It was closed. Waited 20 minutes outside and called and texted for several times. No answer. None one called me to cancel the appointment. Dont go there, I should have read the previous reviews before I book the appointment. Wasting time and money. 🙁

I had a wonderful experience at Renova Massage. Both the owner and masseuse were extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The masseuse took her time on the troublesome areas and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire session. I felt brand new the next day. I've had my fair share of massages, but this was definitely the best one yet. I can't see myself going anywhere else and will definitely recommend this place to both friends and family! This place is the complete package! Thank you, Renova Massage, for the amazing experience.

This place is a hidden gem! Patricia is the best! I have been to her twice and each time she has given me the best massage I’ve ever had. I leave there feeling so much better before. She applies the perfect pressure and is able to get all the knots that no one else could! Not to mention the price for a one hour massage is unbeatable! If you don’t book a massage here, you are missing out!

DO NOT BUY! Run the other way! They ripped us off! Bought a 3 pkg massage and got two. Never could get the third. When we would call to make an appt for the third massage we gave him usually 3-4 days at 1pm. Each time he always said he would call us back and never did. A real business has an appt book and can tell you this instantly! He would also ask for a hand written receipt as proof when we bought it online. The owner is also extremely rude! There are plenty of ethical places for massage. This is NOT one of them.
