Jia Foot Spa

This was just what I needed and didn’t break the bank or need to be scheduled weeks in advance. It was a relaxing atmosphere, calming music, with a terrific, efficient foot massage. It’s just what I needed after a hard run the day before. I opted for the 30 min foot massage because of the limited time I had but they have longer offerings and different types of massage! My masseuse was excellent! I will be back!

I’ve been going to k- foot when they first open up since I work on my feet a lot I love the foot massage. So recently, my brother came down from Missouri to visit my sister and I and he wanted to know a place that he can get a body massage so I told him about K Foot Place and he said after he got done, he told me that they were the best that he’s ever been and he’s been around the world. And when he comes down again that he will be going there that will be his place. Thank you you K Foot place you are the best in my book

Sue was absolutely amazing. Best foot/neck massage I have ever experienced. My best friend treated us to a girls day and made appointments for us. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was. I’m definitely going to take advantage of their other services soon. Very quiet, comfortable and friendly. They use very deep/hard pressure, which I enjoy, but will adapt to your comfort level. Best, relaxing day I’ve had in a really long time.

Great reflexology massage!! I have been looking for an affordable reflex massage in Charlotte since moving here and finally found my new place! It was very clean, professional/qualified staff and very reasonable priced. The current special is $25 for 1 hr foot massage. Attach are a few pictures.

The worst place ever! I expected to be relaxed and I got tortured by an unprofessional person. We got put in a cubicle with these seats that leaned back. She scraped my scalp with her nails so hard and didn’t use her finger tips on pressure points. She didn’t do anything correct on any part of my body, I guaranty she never had training. I left there and washed my scalp and will never go back. The place looked scary inside. So unprofessional!

I went for an hour foot massage, I felt like the lady was a bit harsh but thought it was part of the experience until the next day I couldnt walk on my right foot and I am thinking she either pulled something or sprained my ankle because of how rough she was moving and pulling on my foot. I called to let them know and they said they will speak with the manager and call me back and two days later nothing from them so I call them back and again they were like oh the manager supposed to call you and I havent gotten any calls from them what so ever so it shows they dont care about you or your well being, I been limping on my foot for a week now and in pain and they dont care to do anything. I am very disappointed in them and their service after even giving them a tip as well. I am updating the review to say they have apologized and said will refund the money and talk to the person who did the massage to make sure it doesnt happen again.

Couples massage was amazing I was falling asleep, staff very friendly.
