Tricryo- A New Degree of Recovery

TriCryo is amazing in every way!! They are a business with heart & integrity. The staff is friendly, informative & always ready to help creating a very positive & happy atmosphere . The red light has helped with my pain and inflammation, including my very resistant bursitis. The compression boots are a life saver with my venous insufficiency, which had been causing pain and swelling, but is much better, especially when I’m consistent. The salt room has really helped with my sinuses & allergies. Their membership is reasonable & they truly care. I highly recommend scheduling a visit & tour. You’ll love it!!

I cannot say enough great things about Tricryo. From the moment you walk in the staff are super welcoming and they all greet you by your name. Additionally, every staff member is knowledgeable about the different therapies. I only recently started going to Tricryo, but I already notice a difference in just a few sessions. Cryotherapy leaves me feeling refreshed and mentally energized every time. The compression therapy has been a game changer for soreness after workouts and after only a couple of sessions has decreased some circulation issues I have been having. The infrared sauna has been perfect for stress relief after a long work week. I strongly believe that using these therapies has helped in my quicker recovery (less soreness and quicker bounce back) from my workouts. Lastly, the facility is always spotless, has a peaceful vibe, and they provide everything you need (gloves, red light goggles, etc,,). Booking appointments and making changes to existing appointments have been easy on the app. I highly recommend tricryo if you are looking to improve recovery, reduce pain and boost energy.

I’ve been utilizing the services at Tricryo for the past 9 months as part of an overall approach to improve my wellness, especially as it pertains to active recovery from training. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my resilience, especially from intense workouts. I’ve noticed that I am not nearly as sore when using a combination of whole body cryo, compression boots and the sauna. The staff are wonderful and greet me by name every time I visit. I am convinced that the benefits are well worth the monthly membership. Specifically it is great to have a place where the employees actively use the services themselves and can share personal experience and recommendations. I also love the spa-like atmosphere and the attention to detail that goes into every aspect of the experience. It is great to have a place like this in Erie!

I love TriCryo! All their services are amazing & everyone is so helpful & friendly. The red light therapy has really helped with inflammation & my bursitis is greatly improved. The salt room clears my sinuses up especially during allergy season. The Cryo facial feels so refreshing & I’m definitely seeing a difference. I enjoy coming to Tricryo as often as I can. I call it my " health bar". The employees are like friends who take care of me with warmth and kindness. Everything is always clean. I enjoy using all of the services. All of my health care providers say I am on the right track using all the services provided at Tricryo. I love to receive all the benefits of compression, red light, cryotherapy, salt room and inferred sauna without having to store, repair or clean it.
