I can’t say enough about Aaron Hertel, ProStretch, and Lake Erie Recovery Zone! After five spinal surgeries and a hip replacement, I’ve bounced back stronger than my doctors thought possible — all thanks to Aaron’s training and support. Just two years ago I was in a wheelchair and struggling with my weight. Aaron built a custom strength and nutrition plan that helped me lose 110 lbs, regain my mobility, and completely change my life. I no longer need a wheelchair, and I feel better than ever. The cold plunge and red light therapy have also been game changers for my recovery. I’m in the best health of my life and I truly owe it all to Aaron. He’s not just a trainer — he’s a lifesaver!

Wonderful & refreshing!! My husband and I use sauna compression on our legs and the red light bed. it has made such a positive impact. We feel so much better after just a few weeks. Staff is amazing. Facility is clean, warm and friendly. Highly recommend checking this out.

If you aren’t doing sauna and plunge are you even living? The staff at LERZ is awesome. Super friendly and knowledgable as well as always expanding on new treatment methods. The science is there to support it. Play Hard Recover Smart!

I do PT for my shoulder here and absolutely love the staff. Tomorrow I'm starting on the cold plunge and red light therapy. I'm very excited to see how much it will help with my inflammation. Having a negative experience with another local provider, it was incredibly relieving to find Lake Erie Recovery Zone. Finding the right provider was stressful, but upon my first visit I had full faith in their staff and our plan moving forward. I’ve found it to be a positive experience thus far, and I’m especially glad that they legitimately care about my goals and regularly welcome my input. Having the knowledge, equipment, and general compassion to modify based on your needs should be expected - if you find yourself in a rigid program that’s not changing based on your goals and input, run!
