R3 Spa: Sauna + Cold Plunge

When I first came to R3 Spa, I was not sure what to expect and my body was not ready for the extremes. However, I decided to give it the "3 dates" try and by the end of my third visit I was hooked. The staff is lovely and sets the tone for the community that gathers. The people that I meet are always friendly and encouraging. I look forward to my sessions now as my treat! I hate leaving this review because it probably means more people..... But that just means more cool people to meet!!! Give it a try! (Also everything is kept clean and sanitary!)

Really cool spot! 💪 The sauna is super well built with two strong heaters — heat feels awesome around 200°F, and I love throwing water on the stones. They’ve got 3 changing rooms, 2 showers, plenty of lockers, and even benches if you want to take a quick break. The cold plunges are amazing too (from ice cold to about 50–55°F). My tip: don’t stay too long at first, just short dips and add a little more time each visit. Staff is really friendly and respectful. 🙂👍Highly recommend if you’re into sauna + cold plunge contrast!

Very clean and well maintained! Lovely regulars. Michael is amazing at managing the spot. Bigger and sturdier step stools to get into the plunges would be appreciated, especially for bigger guys like me. Also it would be nice if it was open more than 5 days a weeks, but I understand.

Absolutely incredible experience! The sauna was perfectly heated, clean, and beautifully designed. After 15–20 minutes inside, the cold plunge felt intense—but in the best way possible. The contrast therapy left my body feeling refreshed, muscles relaxed, and mind completely clear.

R3 has quickly become my home away from home! The staff and other sauna and plunge goers are so sweet and amazing to be around there’s never a dull moment! I’ve been to 10 different businesses and this space Is by far the best in CO! Love sharing this space with everyone and would recommend it to anyone local & out of town! Try it if you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed!

Sean and I have been going to R3 3 - 4X a week since early November and we are HOOKED! Michael and Gabby are always super sweet and welcoming, while also keeping the facilities clean and well run. We have met a bunch of great people while sweating it out in the sauna, and we are ADDICTED to the cold plunge!

This spa has been a staple! I’ve been going to R3 for about 2months. Took awhile to get into the cold bath and now I can’t do a sauna session without it. Clean spa and friendly owners. Michael is the best and super helpful! For sure going to back again and extending our membership!
