East Village Spa

Was looking to treat myself, and thought I'd give them a try. Didn't have a specific provider in mind, but I ended up with Desiree. Best. Facial. Ever. I literally floated out of there. She walked me through some of the things that were done, gave me warnings when needed, pressure for the massages was great. Will definitely be coming back!!!!!

I had a 60 minute massage with Klay and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Truly. He checked in with me throughout the service to ensure I was comfortable, asked me how the pressure was, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. Definitely will be back. Thanks, east village spa!

Klay was fantastic and was my massage therapist. The spa itself is bright, zen and full of very kind, welcoming staff who excel at elevating self care. First time here and won't be our last.

Great experience! Had some miscommunication from phone to spa and Kassie handled it wonderfully. Ella did a great job. Great services and I will recommend to others. Rainy weather leaving at dark and no problem with toes or feet. Thank you

Kanika does an excellent job! She took great care of my feet - reducing my calluses and managing my hammer toes. Shes a good conversationalist but also knows when silence is needed. My feet feel fantastic and I’m very relaxed! I’d highly recommend her and the East Village Spa.

Clear communication (explaining the process, asking about goals, checking in about pressure, reiterating what I mentioned in my form) and a pleasant atmosphere (relaxing) made for a phenomenal massage, pedicure, and overall experience! The booking and check out process were smooth. I was provided details about services, parking, and policies. I definitely recommend East Village Spa! 🧖‍♀️

Easily the worst massage of my entire life. Wouldnt do it again if they paid me. UPDATE: I would like to mention that when the spa manager learned of our experience she was very quick to respond, refund our money, and offer suggestions on having a better experience. That is top notch service and the way a business should be run. Much respect!
