Body Soul Massage

Lisa was awesome!!! First full body massage and definitely going back. She's a little woman, but so strong. She jumped on my back like a spider monkey to get my knots out. The place is quiet. And super relaxing. Cannot beat the price either.

Booked individual massages online for my fiance and I a month prior to valentine's day because it wouldnt let me book couples massages online. Got there and was told we can't get massages even tho I had individual massages already booked and scheduled not couples massages but because we walked in together it was an automatic no because she assumed we wanted couples massages. 🙃

I believe her name was Annie or Amy, I honestly can’t remember because the massage really had me in a TRANCE! OH MY GOODNESS this was by far the BEST massage OF MY LIFE! I had pain all over and she put in the WORK to get me right. Today I feel lighter and I even look slimmer because I really think I was holding so much tension and cortisol in my body that just MELTED away. She went above and beyond, checked in every time she worked a bad knot to be sure that it wasn’t painful, and was very respectful. I will never stop talking about how great this place is— and reasonably priced!! Will be going back from now on.

Today my wife and I came for a massage. Thank you to Ms. Lisa and Annie for their excellent service. I usually feel very tired from work, but today I truly got to relax. I can confidently say this is one of the best massage places in Iowa. Thank you!

Lisa & Anna do a great! Firm pressure, good at workout out knots and can walk on your back which helps loosen up my back. I’ve been going to Body Soul for 3 months, great experience every time. Thank you Lisa!

The massage itself was not bad, but I was very uncomfortable with the environment, products being used and unsanitary practices by this spa. Pros: -therapist used good pressure -calming music -heated bed Cons: -no screener for preferences/health concerns/allergies. I walked in and they literally just said go to this room.. asked me nothing before starting -therapist kept digging her hand in a giant jar of Kirkland coconut oil for body massage (very unsanitary) -coconut oil was later wiped off with a rag that felt like sandpaper -was laid face down on a paper towel for massage -therapist kept leaving -i had booked online through their website for a one hour massage for $60. They rang me up for $73. They would not honor the price I booked at, because they said it was outdated. I would honestly recommend paying the extra $30 and going to East Village Spa. It’s more than worth it!!!

I came into on a birthday surprise visit and drove all the way from Cedar rapids, and they were sooo nice and friendly. I have never had an experience with this type of treatment and was nervous. But they made sure they spoke to me often, and made sure I was comfortable. I recommend giving them a visit. Theses folks here are truly amazing 😍❤️
