The Plunge Deerfield Beach

I always wanted to try a cold plunge, so I stopped here. Excellent experience! Joe helped me and he has an awesome personality. Obviously the cold plunge can be quite shocking.And he walked me through every step of the way... He told me what to expect. He said, if I could do three minutes, that would be the goal... Since it challenged me, I did five minutes for my first time! 😄

This place is a Mecca for mental and physical health and rejuvenation! It features every possible piece of equipment to detoxify your body, including red light panels, infrared and traditional saunas, a steam room, and various temperature plunge pools. Skilled staff introduced me to all the amenities and provided science-based information to help me start my journey. Clean and pleasant. They also assisted me in taking a plunge for the first time and made sure I was well. I started two months ago, and I feel an immense change in my focus level, loss of body fat, stamina, and hormonal balance. My chronic back pain was gone within five visits!!! I'm almost 55. That is the time for a woman to decide how she wants to age, and this place is one of the best investments I have made for myself! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I had an amazing time coming to the plunge! I had never been to a place like this so I was very unfamiliar with how everything worked. David was the one working that day and he made my experience so much easier. Upon my arrival he walked me through the entire building and described what everything was, how it worked, and how it was beneficial. He was very nice and often checked in on me throughout my visit and helped in whatever way he could. I thanked him for his great help and will definitely be going back!

The plunge staff were so friendly. The environment was clean and relaxing. The sauna and steam were great and I was there during the slow period, so I had them all to myself. I definitely recommend! Well worth the $.

The guy who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable ( sorry i didnt get your name 🙈). The place was clean and peaceful. For first timer, he helped me and gave some tips to stay longer on the cold plunge, and I did it! I definitely recommend it! Feels so relaxing after the sauna and the cold plunge. Definitely will come back!

The Plunge is hands down one of the best recovery spots I’ve ever been to. The entire place is clean, modern, and designed with performance and wellness in mind. Between the cold tubs, saunas, red light room, and steam shower, it has everything you need to reset your body and mind. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff, especially David. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of every single time. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, David always greets you with a great attitude and makes sure you’re getting the most out of your experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who come in. I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I feel since coming here regularly, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. If you’re serious about recovery or just want to treat yourself to high-quality wellness, The Plunge is the spot. Ask for David, he’s the man!

(Update 4/27/25, this place is still great and getting better. They've added Red Light Therapy panels. I started at 50+ temps, now constantly in the 37 deg tubs. Go everyday, staff is great, pricing is spot on. Highly recommend!!!!! ) Finally worked up the courage to try an ice bath. Made a reservation at The Plunge in Deerfield Beach. This place is first class, two saunas, 6 Plunge tubs, ranging in temps from 50-39 deg's. 10 min in 147 sauna, quick rinse, then into 50 deg water. Goal was to get 2 minutes first time, then back into sauna 10 min and finish with one more plunge. Did 2.5 minutes which went pretty quickly. I won't lie, the water is friggin cold. The key is to focus on breath, breath slowly. If you workout, play sports, have a lot of stress, I highly recommend you watch a few YouTube Video's, then try one.
