H&K Oriental Massage

I booked an appointment for a couples massage for me and my sister 1 days in advance - they were AMAZING! The spa atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I had Coco and she was very talented masseuses. She incorporated hot stones, stretching, and full body techniques so I felt like new women leaving the spa! I will definitely be coming back .

This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, and it ended in me feeling judged and deeply uncomfortable. The therapist looked at the tip I left and said, "That’s not enough," right in front of the manager, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I was also left lying on the table with the door open, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. On top of that, I wasn’t even asked if there were any areas I wanted more focus on. Tipping is optional and should never be demanded or commented on. I left the appointment more stressed than when I walked in. I won’t be returning

Great massage, very relaxing. At one point the masseuse stepped out to answer the front desk phone and was gone for a couple minutes, and the door was left cracked so there didn't feel like there was a lot of privacy, but the massage itself was very good. Will definitely be returning

This store is very clean and comfortable, and I really like Carmen. Her massage is great. Gave me a great massage on my neck and back

I’ve been attending here often since October. I had a mishap with a recent visit and Sara/the company went above and beyond to hear me out, and address the concerns that I have. Their attention to you as a client and the care that they have truly is so important and makes the experience relaxing and beneficial to you and your health. I do recommend them for all massage needs from relaxation to deep tissue.

The massage was good, but the massage therapist was not there yet when I arrived so it started late. That wouldn’t have bothered me, but she still ended at the scheduled time, so it was shorter than 90 minutes. The massage therapist also stopped several times to take phone calls, and left the room for several minutes at a time a few times during the massage. This further reduced the total time of the massage. I was hoping to go here frequently since it’s close to where I live, but even though the massage was good I don’t think I’ll go back. The late start wouldn’t have bothered me if the massage had still been 90 minutes. I can understand an emergency call once in a while, but taking 4–5 phone calls and leaving the room several times made it a worse experience. UPDATE: Based on your response, it sounds like it would have been a 5-star experience if she had used a timer and not taken phone calls like your policy says, but she did not use a timer and interrupted the massage at least 4 times. There was a clock in the room and the massage ended just before the time it was scheduled to end, if it had started on time without interruptions. It would have been a great massage if there were not so many interruptions, even if it wasn’t the full 90 minutes.

My family and I get a lot of massages and this may have been the best one we have ever had. They were able to accommodate 4 of us and we all agreed the massage was simply incredible!! They were super strong and actually got my knots out. I recommend coming here! You will not be disappointed. Also the price is perfect
