The Reset Room

Amazing experience here with Dalal (sp?) and her talented team. This is how you do it! They are very good at their craft - hair and scalp health. The session was very relaxing and I came out the other end with a clean healthy scalp and soft hair! Treat yourself (and someone else) to a session with them!

The head spa was great! Have never done one before, my only critique is that I wish they showed me how clean my scalp was after. The massage was incredible. I’ve gotten my fair share of them before but this one exceeded my expectations. I wish I caught the name of the girl who did it— seriously so talented and I will be calling before booking next time to see if I can get another massage done by her. The pressure was perfect and she prioritized the spots I asked her to. Both ladies that serviced me were friendly and informative. I was comfortable from the second I walked in. Thank you guys!!

I had an excellent experience at the reset room yesterday. I Booked for my wife’s birthday thinking it’d be a nice treat for her but wasn’t expecting much for myself. I was absolutely shocked. I was asleep within minutes. It was truly an amazing experience. As a man i was shocked at how much i enjoyed it. The wife was also raving! She kept talking about how much she loved her blowout & how soft her hair was. Honorable mention, the scalp analysis camera is insane, and the before and after will shock you. We will definitely be back.

I had the most incredible experience with Huda, hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Her energy is so calming and professional, and you can immediately tell she truly knows what she’s doing. She took the time to listen to my concerns and customized the massage perfectly. The pressure was exactly right firm where I needed deep work and gentle where I was more sensitive. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely stress free. My body hasn’t felt this relaxed in a long time. If you’re looking for someone skilled, professional, and truly gifted at what she does, book with Huda. You will not regret it. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Omygoodness! I took my mom to the reset room to get the headspa and blowout, and the ladies were incredibly sweet. Such a beautiful atmosphere, calming and inviting. We had an enjoyable valentine’s day. Our time was relaxing and we left with hair that looks and feel amazing. I’m obsessed and I also learned there’s a moroccan facial so we will visiting very very soon!

I had an amazing experience at The Reset Room Japanese scalp spa. Khadija, Dalal, and Zeinab were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service from start to finish. The session began with a detailed scalp analysis, which was so interesting and reassuring. After the head spa treatment, my scalp felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and healthy. I could truly feel the difference, and seeing the before-and-after of my hair follicles was amazing—the results were so clear. My scalp overall feels so much better, and the entire experience was both relaxing and informative. I highly recommend The Reset Room and this team if you’re looking to truly care for your scalp and hair.

My sister called ahead and ordered a head spa experience and hand mask for me. It was relaxing and just what I needed after the hype of the holidays. The team at the Reset Room were so welcoming and kind. The space was beautiful and felt relaxing before my services even began. It was very clean and modern, too! The owner starts off by showing you your scalp analysis and explaining the service. They make you feel at ease and like you're being cared for by professionals. (They also show you your scalp following services for a comparison.) My experience during the head spa was so lovely. I felt relaxed and I loved the scalp massage. The head spa therapist who did my hair used many different utensils which all brought a different feel and relaxing experience. If you're like me and love to have your hair washed/played with... this is the thing to treat yourself to in 2026. I know that I will be back!
