Om Day Spa

This spa is beautiful. Clean, modern, smells amazing, a very relaxing atmosphere. As soon as you open the door, you are greeted by a long lit hallway that feels a little like you're entering a different dimension. Exactly what I need. Upon entering, you start in their little gift shop area - they have tons of really cute things. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. Love it here.

I saw George for a Swedish massage. He was fantastic! I gave direction for what I needed initially, and he followed what I asked for to the tee. His pressure was perfect without me having to ask for any adjustments. The spa was clean and quiet. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Om Spa with George as your therapist.

When you walk in, it feels like you're being transported to tranquillity! The environment is peaceful, and the staff is very welcoming. Lori did an amazing job with my Swedish massage and paid attention to my problem areas. Will definitely be back!

Prenatal Massage; Accidentally went back on my review so lost it.., BTW. BLUE LIGHT is known to be cancer causing so.. they need to change that color walking in.. to red or something else.. google it… so I was more detailed the first time, but simply being the masseuse talk the entire time, it was only one masseuse, I’d honestly have fathered a male because they apply the perfect pressures not too much or too little in my experience.. there’s only one toilet in the women’s bathroom, which I’m assuming the men’s bathroom is made the same which makes no sense to me.. and so another woman being in the bathroom wasted time out of my massage because I had to wait on them and then she was talking about the toilet didn’t flush all the way.., but they said later it was working fine… I wasn’t about to go in behind the ambiguous looking woman & check.. they take me next-door to use the toilet. It was only one masseuse and it was an older woman who fell short of the pressure needed to massage me. She talked the entire massage! She pin pointed my tight areas well tho.. so she has the knowledge.. It was cool entertaining somebody else but if I’m paying 100+ dollars BE QUIET… SHE SHOULD KNOW BETTER..I will not be returning here. Me or my partner who was considering a couples massage also.. The snack bar was lackluster.. the cucumber lemon water was cute.. They had some dollar store lemon cookies, Cantaloupes with a couple blueberries were good but I eat organic and can taste the difference.. … Some candy and some peanut butter pretzel… Hundreds of dollars for a massage and other services they charge but.. they "can’t" AFFORD To get some bakery items or bake some fresh cookies… granted they seemed like they put on their best nice face. So they came off as kind but, just.. no. I would CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Image just to show I was there. Nothing they couldn’t FIX but they need to upgrade.

My friend and I went for reflexology and facials, and my god was Jillian amazing with our facials! Definitely going back just for that! Steven was also very helpful with my foot pain, not only in working on it via massage but showing me great stretching techniques I can do to manage the condition on my own. I'm really grateful to the staff and the location is really just so beautiful, actually larger inside than it is outside! I will be making a reservation to return soon! 😊

I don’t usually write reviews, but my mother’s experience was very disappointing. I booked a manicure and pedicure for my mother’s birthday. She was told she needed a dip removal, which wasn’t mentioned when scheduling, and staff made her feel rushed throughout the appointment. The manicure was NEVER completed, so she had to go to another salon. When she tried to give feedback, the front desk said it wasn’t necessary. This was unacceptable, and I hope others avoid the same poor service.

I brought my husband & dtr to Om spa 4 his birthday. It was beyond awesome, just a good experience the atmosphere was great, nice ppl, very professional. Worth every dime.
