I went in for a hair dye with highlights. Hanin did an amazing job—the color looked beautiful and professionally done. Although it wasn’t exactly what I initially asked for, she offered to adjust it on her own time at no extra cost. That level of care and dedication truly reflects her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I really appreciate her effort and would definitely recommend her services!

This is a fantastic bath/salon/spa. It’s women only, and you can get packages with groups of up to 5 friends. I got the milk and honey bath package, and it was lovely. First you get a pair of undergarments to change into and a robe, and then you’re asked to take a quick shower (you don’t need to wash your hair tho), then you get time in the jacuzzi before your clay, natural soap, and milk/honey scrub which is done in a traditional way just like in Turkey or the Middle East. After that you rinse off and dry before getting a full body massage. The best part for me was the head and feet massages. It’s optional to have them wash your hair, and I think I would recommend not doing that because it’s nicer to have dry hair for the massage otherwise your head feels kind of heavy. I will definitely be back and recommending to others. Very clean, professional and lovely! And well priced for what they offer. Ty to Haneen and Nidaal!

I did a LOT of research before I booked a microblading appointment with Shay. It was my first time and I knew from looking at a lot of Instagram photos that you really need to get to know a particular person's work before you can choose with confidence. Just from her IG account, I was impressed by Shay's natural-looking work and her attention to different kinds of eyes and skin-types (I'm Asian). My actual experience could not have been better. Shay spent over an hour with me just figuring out the right shape and color, until I felt completely confident about proceeding. She made everything as painless as possible and gave me multiple opportunities to look and see if I was happy with how things were going. My aftercare experience was equally fantastic - Shay recommends the wet healing method, using Acquafor, and I would strongly recommend the same to anyone considering microblading - there was NO scabbing or drying out, NO redness, and NO fading or blurring. Within just a few days, they looked completely natural and perfect. At my one-month follow-up appointment, we touched a few spots here and there, but there really wasn't much to do. I STRONGLY recommend Shay and know that I, personally, will be a devoted customer for years to come. (sorry not sure why it posted the pictures twice)

My sister came to paradise city salon and spa recently and was very overcharged. She came for 2 services and was charged almost $155. After continuous price checking and giving benefit of the doubt, We are very upset with this place and she DEFINITELY lost a costumer that had high hopes going in. VERY upset and disappointed!!!

Incredible service. I got my keratin treatment done here and they were so kind and professional. My hair feels the healthiest its ever been in my life and it’s all thanks to the lovely ladies at paradise. They served me tea with i thought was very welcoming. I also got a pedicure, manicure and wax which was all beyond expectations. I brought my mother in law over here to get some services done and she has been raving about her haircut and color ever since. I love this salon.
