Zero stars if that was on option. What a waste of time and money. They have Adriana work on you for the first ten minutes. That was great. I wish I had left after that. Then the rude foreign man from the front desk is with you for an hour. I was very uncomfortable the whole time with him. I repeatedly told him I was just there for the one treatment and that I’m not buying the $2500 package he’s selling. He would not be quiet the entire time about it. He tries to guilt you into buying it the entire time so you can’t even enjoy the treatment. Once he finally realized I wasn’t going to buy the expensive package he was very rude and dismissive. He left the room and handed me the Lisse tool so I could do the other side of my face MYSELF. He’s a con artist salesman, not an esthetician. When he ordered me to follow him to checkout with a dirty look I told him I need to get my shirt back on! They have you take off your shirt and put a sleeveless robe on. It was like paying for a car salesman to scream in your face for an hour. I looked in the mirror after I rinsed it off and saw no change.

I came in with tired, dull skin and left looking radiant. The massage during the facial was heavenly it released so much tension from my face. My skin felt lifted, plumped, and incredibly soft. You can tell everything used here is high quality.

This is the best experience I've ever had for a facial. Everyone was very helpful and educated me on my skin. Tonya was amazing. Highly recommended!!!! I will be referring all of my friends and family!!!

I do not recommend anyone. Just got mine done. Nothing like the video. Unlicensed employee trained not well at all. It was her 4th day and not licensed to use anybof those equipment, infra red or tightening equipment.I have done several facials before. The young lady Adriana was very nice, but definitely not a professional. There was no microderabrasion wand used. It was microderm scrub. She used that and didn't change her gloves so throughout the facial the micro beads were getting scrubbed on my face. My face was on fire after. She called the off Mgr and owner but they said my skin is probably gentle and didn'twant to take accountability. Adriana told me she was a licensed esthetician and upon asking for her lic I was told to email the corporate. Lol. I still paid. But for everyone that's looking forward please make sure that they get a lic esthetician.

The best experience in a spa ever, my skin is so tight, bright and radiant! My friends say to me that I look 10 years younger! Worth each penny that I spent with the Red light and the skin care routine. At first I thought I was crazy to buy so expensive products but after 2 months using it I can say that the results are priceless !! I just LOVE it all!! The people there are so kind and professional too. I highly recommend this spa and the products!

Hands down, the best spa experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely pampered. The massage was heavenly, and the skincare products they use are top-notch. I left feeling like a new person. I can’t wait to come back

This is a total scam, they call you every day until you show up so they can sell you the only product they use on you. Do go here and don't buy there way way over priced items. Heavy pressure to buy...save yourself and go to a real spa.
