So this place, like all the others on the strip and in the area, hiked the room rate substantially due to valentine's day and the Daytona 500. I found it to be surprisingly clean but incredibly dated. It gives you all the basic accommodations. Two pools and a kiddie pool. Sparse continental breakfast. It is right on the beach but be careful because some of the "ocean view" rooms that you pay extra for indeed do have an ocean view... but it may be somewhat obstructed by the odd angles of the building. Over all, I would stay again on a night that's normal pricing. Nothing to complain about. Looks like they are doing some renovations but whoever plastered the bathroom wall in my room must have been drunk.

We arrived early just to let the hotel know we were in the area and they could let us know when room was ready. To our surprise we were able to check in (around 11am). The lady at desk was very nice and offered lunch suggestions . Once in the room which was very nice and clean. This hotel could use some updating but it in no way takes away from view from our balcony. Speaking of balcony we realized quickly the door would not open to the balcony. Within 10 minutes of reporting this maintenance arrived and replaced the handle. We enjoyed our visit and absolutely had no other issues. We will stay here again for our next daytona beach vacation. Oh and I left my sunglasses in room and the cleaning lady actually came outside found us and returned them. Great stay.

Its an older building but the rooms are nicely kept. The pool area is good and overlooks the courtyard to the beach. I feel the value for your money is great. The view from the ocean rooms are great. We saw quite a few dolphins playing as we watched the sunrise. The beach access is just past the pool. As someone that uses a cane and has constant pain I was still able to get to the beach. There are steps to get down to the beach and I'm not sure if they have wheelchair access. However, you can definitely see the beach and enjoy the sound of the ocean from the courtyard.

We stay in a 6th floor 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds in the bedroom. Large space with a kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of pillows to pick a favorite We slept well and woke up with no aches. The bathroom was clean and the sheets were fresh. When we first walked in the floor had a coating of something on it. I took my shoes off when we entered and I was leaving foot prints. I thought my socks were just wet but no, the bottoms of my black socks were grey. There was definitely a coating of probably ocean salt on the entire floor. After informing the front desk, the next day I took an oh so lovely bathroom towel and used my foot to scrub part of the floor with it. The towel became very dirty and grey. The furniture is old and dated with a few paint stains. When they painted the room they must have not covered the furniture. There are many rust stains throughout the room. There is no heated pool. Both pools are probably colder than the ocean. The lounge chair on the balcony is stained with probably years of suntan lotion and sweat. The view directly below our balcony is a decaying parking lot but we looked up at the ocean. The bedroom sunrise thru the window is full of bird poop. Can't knock them too much as I imagine cleaning a 6th floor window is impossible. No silverware to speak.of. A knife, a fork and a few spoons. At least there is a wine opener and other cooking utensils. There were no coat hangers in the closets but the next day house keeping brought us some. Most of the towels have rust stains.... Or poop stains lol. For the price which was a bit above 100 on a special I guess it's ok for what it is in the area mid December but we've walked the beach and checked other places and we probably would have stay elsewhere for a bit more if we had know these conditions.

2 rooms. This is a dump for $500 plus. The bathrooms are worse than a run down gas station bathroom. It is dirty. There is no continental breakfast. No breakfast. Coffee and packaged cakes. 👎 Doesn’t deserve one star.

While the property appears appealing in online photos, the actual experience did not meet expectations. The rooms were not well maintained, and there were noticeable mold issues. The overall ambience of the hotel was also below standard and did not provide a comfortable or welcoming environment. Breakfast offerings were very limited, with no hot food options available—only bread, pastries, cereal, and juice. Overall, the stay was disappointing and the property requires significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience.

Absolutely terrible hotel – misleading, dirty, and ruined our vacation This hotel completely ruined our family vacation. After 10 hours of driving, we arrived exhausted with children, only to find that the "sea view suite" we booked was a lie. Room 1305 had its view half blocked by another building. This was NOT a sea view room and did not match our Booking.com reservation at all. The front desk staff was extremely rude and impatient and refused to help. We were told the hotel was "fully booked," and the only alternative offered was a ground-floor room with no view, which was unacceptable. When we checked that room, the balcony door was broken and could not be fixed, forcing us to go back and forth repeatedly. The registration area is far from the rooms, and I spent nearly an hour running back and forth, while my children stood outside tired, hot, and miserable. In the end, we were forced to return to the original room. It was filthy — sand and dust on the bed sheets and floors, thick dust on the balcony furniture, a strong moldy smell, and extremely old and worn-out facilities. Many door locks were damaged and required excessive force to open and close, which felt unsafe. Even the laundry machines were broken — money taken, machine not working. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel looks nice outside and the online photos are beautiful, but everything is fake and misleading. Inside, it is old, dirty, poorly maintained, and unprofessional. I feel cheated, and my time, money, and Christmas holiday were completely wasted. Do not stay here. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hotel.
