Marcus continues to be helpful and kind two years after our oriigina hottubl purchace. We needed to replace the concierge for the cover and order filters. He made this easy and also answered my questions about warranty and allay our fears if the pump and heater ever go that it will be affordable. Thanks again Marcus!

Don't believe a word of them! Over promised, under delivered. Poor, handmade quality by some unprofessional possible in a backyard 🙁 No any explanation for this extremally law quality, see pictures. Cover supporting arm held by two screws, see photos, one is off from beginning. Add on: 2 and a half months: speaker is dead, see attached photo. It was operational for 10-15 hours altogether. Update: other speaker died a week later. Positive: I hade to replace them, so, soon I can claim the hot tub speaker replacer title 😎 More add on: other speaker is dead also, the "life time warranty" cover lost it's sealings. Simple construction fault, the adhesive is not tolerating the heat and dump. See photos. We got the hot tub in February and since then we have ongoing quality and functionality issues. There is an ongoing service number: 33033 Let's start from the beginning: - one jet was not installed properly, it shot the water to the roof at once, I managed to put it back myself. - the spinning balls feature was not operating at all, a maintenance guy came and figured out, a valve inside was not open at all to let water go through (it proves that the hot tub was never tested before delivery for any functions and failures) -the "lifetime warranty" cover support arm's bolts are rusty all around in two weeks - cover supporting arm held by two screws, see photos, one is off from beginning. Technicians recovered that it was a construction failure, the cover support arm was "fixed" to the 1/8" cover panel only, because the position of the arm and the inside 2by4 are off, not behind each other. - All those screws holding the side panels were rusty from the second week, Your support suggested painting the rusty screws with matching color. I don't have to tell you how unprofessional it was as a solution. I replaced all those screws with stainless steel deck screws. - 2 and a half months: speaker is dead, see attached photo. It was operational for 10-15 hours altogether. - the other speaker died a week later. - after installing the new speakers, in 2 days the first one is making static noise, the same as before it died. The speakers are placed under the cover, over the water level in an app 12" space where all the vapor and dump occurs with the heat and evaporation. Under these conditions it might require a better quality, more waterproof speaker. -just an inconvenience with the music: the unit with the volume and other selection features is located on the side panel, outside of the hot tub, meanwhile it has an ON/Off button, that is not the one to use, it has to be powered from the control panel and that you can reach from inside the hot tub. When you want to adjust the volume, you have to climb out of the hot tub so you can reach the volume settings. It's again a kind of construction failure. - the "lifetime warranty" cover lost its sealings. Simple construction fault, the adhesive is not tolerating the heat and dump. We paid a fortune for a "quality" spa, please stand behind your product, replace it, or take it back and refund us. The warranty will be over soon, and we just have more and more problems. None of us wants to elevate these issues to higher levels, we seek a solid solution, and we want you to be partners in it.
