I, with my wife Sue , both 92 years old, have been taking Anilda's Yoga class for several years. The fact that we are able to live independently in our own home and maintain good health and vitality, we attribute in no small part to our participation in this class. Anilda is a remarkable instructor with an ability to model perfectly every position, and simultaneously verbalize every movement and breath. The classes go beyond the mere physical component of traditional Yoga. The Kondolini technique, with its emphasis on the breath and mind-body connection, insures that every day with Anilda is a feel good, high energy day. One of the best deep tissue and special area massages by Joshua, at Advent, ever. I've had 6 50 minute massages with Josh in 2023 / 24, and he has used many effective techniques and pressure points to always address my concerns. He is a good communicator and has strong hands! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
