Not professional. I went for an hour of deep tissue massage. The therapist said they too busy in the middle of session and asked me to change it to 30 mints . I said ok but they never gave the money back and took it as tips. First it’s not professionalism and bad customer service. If you are looking for a professional massage I don’t recommend. Also overpriced for the unprofessional massage they gave.

We got the couple full body massage deal on Groupon. We immediately got the appointment. We booked a deep tissue massage but then decided to go with Swedish massage. They fulfilled our request. They were super friendly when we got there. Lovely place and great open parking lot underneath. I love that they really apply a lot of pressure They were so kindness to offer water after so this place is amazing! I would love to come back and I would recommend! I have given 1 less star because there was a strong smell of scents they use. They could have used mild essential oils that would have been more pleasant. Some people may like it.

We got the couple full body massage deal on Groupon. We called for an appointment. They were super friendly when we got there. We accidentally booked for one person but they got another person to take both of us. Lovely place and great open parking lot underneath. I love that they really apply a lot of pressure and they focus on certain areas if you wanted them to work on it more. They were so kindness to offer water after so this place is amazing! I would love to come back and I would recommend! FYI tips is cash only!

UPDATE: I guess, the owners of this place have changed. I don’t go there anymore due to some reasons. What a bummer, it used be a nice massage place. I loved this place from my first visit and ever since I’ve been visiting couple times a month. The masseuse is great at helping me with my tense shoulders and back.

The worst customer service. I have never struggled so much to make an appointment. I called a week in advance for a couples massage and I called to confirm my appointment time. They misunderstood and asked me if I wanted to book an appointment. I tried explaining that I was only confirming, but proceeded to tell me that my booked time was no longer available????? Now they won't pick up my calls and even left my messages on read. I was looking forward to coming back because I used to come here with my sister and we both loved it so much. I think I saw a review saying the owners might have changed recently. Maybe that's why the customer service is so terrible.

I went to this place for the 1st time and I have to say this has been the best massage I ever received, however I am still giving 3 star rating because there was only one person there and she left like 3-4 times to attend someone at the front desk. Also the massage was for like 50 minutes and not 60 minutes, which I have found in most cases. Not sure why they advertise 60 minutes when they don’t mean to do it. I would have loved another 10 minutes of massage as I was loving it. @Owner of the spa - I saw your responses on so many negative reviews and apologizing and promising a better experience, but looks like things haven’t changed. You are providing the front desk no to schedule an appointment for a good experience. Would you mind sharing your name and number so that the customers can reach out to you directly rather than talking via such messages?

I had called Watercube the day before to make a couple massage for 8 pm. When we reached there, the masseuse asked if we like to pay and we said okay since we thought we are getting a couple massage so we paid. She took us in and then is when the nightmare started. She could not talk English so she used her phone to speak in Chinese and translate to tell me that the other masseuse was busy so she would start with my husband. I was not too happy but thought may be the 2nd masseuse would come in 10 minutes or so. After 20 minutes I started asking how long it was going to take but the lady kept saying sorry and started hurrying up with my husband's massage. She put some hot stones on my husband's back and started massaging me. At this point, what was supposed to be a relaxing massage turned out to be a stressful massage. One masseuse was trying to massage 2 people!!! This was the first time ever I experienced this kind of massage. It was so bad. Another lady just walked in and the 2 ladies started talking in their language. None of them could speak English. My husband stood up and told the masseuse to finish massaging me and he did not want to continue anymore. The experience was not relaxing for me either. The masseuse was trying to hurry up. Later we told her that she should have never charged us for 2 people if she did not have the another masseuse. They did not return our money and instead told us to come back the next day for one free massage. I did not want to do that after a bad experience. This place needs to be better at customer service and not charge if they cannot delivery. Such a rip off!!!!!
