Horizon Spa in Cupertino

Horrible massage ..masseuse told me her name is (Selena) all fake names. She was running outside the room when ever anyone comes to the spa. This place is not a ligit place. She charged me $80 for one hour massage and she was just rubbing and squeezing my hands and back . Was in hurry to finish the massage. Then asked do you want special service??? This place is mainly for that , not genuine massage.. Such a bad service and horrible experience… disappointed…

first, they asked for payment before the massage without an option to include a tip, and then they insisted a tip after the massage. both times they included a $2 charge per transaction without informing me. they told me they could only do a 30 min massage, even though both massage therapists were sleeping in the massage rooms when i walked in…the massage room had no music and it was not full body with feet, it was just back and legs. & then when they insisted on a tip, it was awkward & they charged me $12 even though I said $10. when i commented that they charged me $2 more than i approved, they told me it was for taxes on the tip. i’ve had many many massages, and i’ve had far better experiences than the one i had at this "Spa".

Average massage, medium touch, USD 70 for 1 hour. Overall relaxing, with great facility, everything looks brand new, nice atmosphere. The best-looking interior massage I've seen in the Bay Area. 4.3/5 good massage but not great massage. 4.3 out of 5 because of the clean, neat, and cozy-looking interior.
