I booked a massage with Chanel, and it was hands down the best massage experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the ambience was calming, and the woman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly sweet and welcoming. When I met my massage therapist, Chanel, her energy was immediately calming and supportive. She’s not only warm and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire experience feel intentional and personalized. The massage itself was flawless, the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. I left feeling refreshed, aligned, and already looking forward to my next session. I will absolutely be booking with her again.

Joelle did a wonderful job with my facial and a hydro gel pack. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the experience. She respected my wishes and choices. This spa has always offered me water or herbal tea complimentary at the end of the session which I enjoyed. I would go again!

My experience here was amazing! The waiting room and ambience of the building was very serene and peaceful. I was almost in tears over how relaxed I felt (although that might say more about my current mental state lol). Christina was very professional and kind. Her work did wonders for me! I’ve never had a more in-depth, full-body massage. I can’t believe the amount of muscle groups she was able to work on in 60 minutes. I left feeling relaxed and relieved from a lot of pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be back!

Received a couples massage here and was extremely disappointed, I dont want to name names because that feels mean, but it was an incredibly awkward experience. It felt like the providers didn't know each other prior to entering the room. It also seemed odd that they were wearing street clothes and not scrubs/uniform, and the pressure that my partner and I asked for was not delivered on. There was also nobody at the desk when we checked in so it made things confusing. Im sure there are great massage therapists here but it was a bad first impression that left us not wanting to return.

3.5 stars I signed up for a massage and package deal for $180. I specifically asked if I could choose deep tissue and brightening and if that is included, and was told yes by Sheree. The next day, after the services, I discovered that both were a $10 add on which I felt was misleading. I don't mind paying, but be upfront about pricing to customers. As for the services themselves, Diamond, the masseuse, was amazing! 5 stars! I really enjoyed the massage. I did not care so much for my facial with Jolie. It's the first time, I had a facial where the esthetician didn't touch the neck area at all. That was $10 add on again, and she didn't clean up my neck afterwards, leaving residue stuck on. I also didn't feel the facial did much to improve my skin quality. 3 stars for this! Receptionist was also very unwelcoming during check in and check out.

Booked a last minute massage with Aubrey. Discussed massage options and went with a salt rock massage. It was heavenly, room was the perfect temp, sheets and blankets were cozy. Office was very welcoming and comfortable.

Beautiful, inviting and reasonably priced spa. Received a gentle yet effective full body Himalayan warm salt stone massage from Jillian—who was kind, professional, and skilled. After a summer filled with travel and multi-sport training/racing, my body needed this and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.
