LÖ-LU Nordic Sauna

We booked the sauna for some quality family time over the holidays. The booking process some simple and wade was very responsive to questions. I felt the price was reasonable for the wellness benefits and something different to do together. Wonderful because no phones in the sauna so I felt like we all really talked and connected more. Awesome to be outside during the cool down periods. My family also enjoyed the cold plunge. Nick was very helpful and kind and even added some good smelling oil to our session. Highly recommend.

Nothing quite like this experience in Columbus. As Wade is growing his business I would encourage to visit now before it explodes. It's a social experience and I have enjoyed each session of new sauna participants. The addition of the cold plunge is great to balance to temps. I am going back next weekend for session #4!!!

An absolute dream of an experience. Being just a short walk from my house, I was truly amazed at how I could be teleported into the Scandinavian countryside. This is such a unique brick laid into the intimate, South Side community. The sauna, plunge, and other areas give a campground-like experience. Everyone is very friendly and open during the session. Wade, the owner, is such a genuine person and makes you feel so welcomed. Do yourself a favor and book a session.

Wade and his family have curated such a good environment here through his natural skills in acts of service and conversation. The sauna itself is such a lovely experience while feeling genuinely cared for at the same time. I feel like going consistently through the winter helped with my depression and adapticity to the cold. There is always something to take away from the sauna talks.. the good and the bad but at the end of the day interacting with folks is so important. It is a reminder of the importance of community.

My family is hosting a Finnish exchange student for a month. He desperately missed sauna, so I googled it and found Lo-Lu and Wade. He kindly scheduled an appointment for us at our convenience and my husband, son, and exchange son had a great time. Our Finn said it was very much like sauna at home! He said it smelled like sauna as they pulled up. We can’t recommend LO-LU enough because it exceeded Lassi’s expectations.

such a cozy, lovely community experience, especially in grim ohio winter. This place is a real gem. Highly recommend for resetting your nervous system and meeting some cool new people.
